Ugh I'm having the exact same problem. :/ Bethesda, make it go away. TT__TT

I'm having the exact same issue. Everywhere I go, all I hear is the battle music. I could be in a palace or my house or exploring a town and there's absolutely no enemies around, and it still plays, and plays....It's getting very irritating. So far, I haven't run into any solutions. Dying doesn't fix it, reloading previous saves doesn't fix it, going to certain places that I know trigger different music (taverns, fighting dragons, etc) doesn't help either. I finally started a new game, and in the new game the music is perfectly normal. However, I don't want to start over cause I've already invested so much time in my first game. :/ At this point, lowering the volume for music is the only solution. Sad, because I love the music of Skyrim and don't want it to go away. >.< If anyone out there has a workaround, I'd greatly appreciate it. I expect that I might have to wait for the next patch though, but it doesn't hurt to ask around for some help. :D
