It struck me when Torvar stated: "Being a Companion means having someone guarding my back.", that you cannot have him guard your back, untill you are Harbinger. It makes no sense to me. You should be able to take a Companion with you after Farkas showed you the beds, or after your trial. When you are part of the Circle, you should be able to take a Circle member with you. I tried to fix this myself, but I couldn't figure it out. Perhaps there's someone with a larger scripting knowledge than I, that is willing to make this fix reality. Thanks!

Why don't you upload some pictures of the meshes and say what kind of texture you'd like with them?

Sometimes I can't see meshes as well. Try refreshing the object window (F5). If that doesn't work, I don't know what could.

Recently I created a new character. A warrior, so I picked the Warrior stone. When I arrived in Riverwoord I wanted to enhance my armor. I crafted one leather and then the problem started. I enhanced one Imperial Light Armor and went from 20 Smithing to 26 Smithing. After using four wolf and one bear pelts my Lv 1 Orc with 20 Smithing went to a Lv 8 Orc with 70 Smithing. Then I went to slaughter Riverwood to test out if it affects other skills as well. I had fought with a warhammer since the start and I still had 20 Two handed. Suddenly, within fighting three NPCs it rose to 22. I reloaded and selected another stone (thief) but the problem stayed. I also tried to deactivate all my mods, to no avail. Although this sounds like fun, it isn't. Has anyone experienced something similar or does someone know a solution?

I have a suggestion concerning translated mods. I've noticed (at least on Skyrim Nexus) there are a few people who are quite systematically translating mods into different languages. I believe this is a good thing, but I think it clutters the mod section. I always like to browse through the latest files, but when one thirdth of these 'latest' files are mods which I've already seen it feels like I'm missing out other mods that didn't show up on the 'latest files' (by the way, why is there a limit on latest files?). I'd like to suggest an extra tab (description, files, images, ...) with the translated version and the author of that translation. Or a link to the translated version but that file should not show up on the latest files section. What do you guys think?

I thought it'd be fun to have Oghren (from DA:O) as a follower, using original quotes (with a new voice: copyrights ...). I also knew of a beard style that resembled his (namely the moustache of Hod) but it didn't work out as I hoped. Also, his hair style does not exist, and there is no similar one. So I'd like to request Oghren's hair and beard. I do not know if this is a simple request or not, you can find plenty of images on google, probably from different angles, so 'reconstructing' it (visually) should be easy. Normally you need to have a Glenmoril Witch Head in your inventory and activate the Flame of the Harbinger. But I believe you can remove it by player.removespell [iD] where [iD] is the ID of the werewolf ability.

The trick is to read the scroll and then do nothing. Don't move your view (mouse). That's how I fixed it.

I was playing Skyrim and I thought it was epic. But then I saw the flames on my brother his laptop, and I realized I missed out a great deal. His flames are actual flames, mine are vibrating air. Then I noticed a lot of things were wrong, all magic and Dragons burning, and above all: The Augur of Dunlain. For those who know it, mine looks like vibrating air, while my brother's actually is cool. The weird thing is, my desktop is way better than his laptop. I play on Medium and he on Low. Changing any settings doesn't do a thing. Does anyone know a way to fix this, or has a clue as to the cause? Thanks in advance! Don't you need to report to Ulfrik Stormcloak?

On another character I do not have this issue. It seems to be related to savegames. My friend suggested reinstalling the game, but since it's a savegame problem, and pre-loading it took half a day with my crappy wireless net, I'm reluctant to do so. But would it have an effect? My brother gets to enjoy the epic music and I'm stuck with the worst song in the game.

I am listening to the same music for a long time now, it's a battle music thing, and it doesn't matter where I am, with whom, or even if I am fighting or not, it's still the same music thing. It is quite epic, but it is annoying me so hard, I'd sit on a cactus if it solved it. So, does anyone have an idea? A console code perhaps? ResetMusic or QuitTheAnnoyingMusic 1 2? I've tried reloading, restarting, even restarting my whole PC, and it doesn't work, by Shor!

I once had the samen but it went away after a long while. Normally, it dissapears after three seconds or so.
