Ive tried that. Figured it out, and now its doing it again. im so lost.

Okay. so ive just reinstalled fallout4, and installed a few mods, but its doing my head in trying to figure out why im starting with all perks and 64 special points. Could someone please shine a light on this situation! :confused: :confused:
