  1. Compilations are allowed if they are custom works and all the original authors say the compilation can go ahead. Written consent and the like.
  2. you have a settlement cleaning mod and let me guess.. a settlement boundary expanding mod, too? If so, they are in conflict with one another and the cell resets. Well known bug. Remove one of the mods and see if the problem persists. Also, you could open the console, click on the object and type "disable" and press enter to make the object in question go away.
  3. doesn't overly matter. Place everywhere doesn't have an esp. So it is redundant line of questioning really.

  5. Yeah, use mod organizer 2 - far far superior to the NMM. Not perfect. But it has been doing what vortex is said to do for quite a few number of years now.
  6. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/3829 <-- has a "less flying" option in the MCM menu which works nicely. Ge the script patch for it, too http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/77547 Pretty much the best you are going to get currently.
  7. There is always going to be issues with mods and modding. Especially in Skyrim. Just the way it is. The aim of the game is to make it as stable as it can be. skyrim is a ported game, you see. It is terribly ported and made, too. Look at this reddit thread for monitoring your systems processes and the like https://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/comments/4ttpcy/program_to_use_for_monitoring_skyrims_resource/ use one of the tools to monitor your game, etc. That will atleast tell you if it is a hardware problem. But with that mother board, processor and ram, you really ought to get a better graphics card. 3gb minimum to comfortably play a heavily modded 2k game, though 6gb-8gb would be better if one can afford it. if the game is freezing it is probably a script lag. the game uses papyrus which was even old and outdated by the time the game originally was released. Like trying to drive a sports car with a prius engine. Though, you can try something., go to the skyrim.ini located in your 'my documents' series of folders and add this to the papyrus section: fUpdateBudgetMS=2.4 fExtraTaskletBudgetMS=2.4 fPostLoadUpdateTimeMS=2000.0 bEnableLogging=0 bEnableTrace=0 bLoadDebugInformation=0 iMaxAllocatedMemoryBytes=76800 iMinMemoryPageSize=256 iMaxMemoryPageSize=512 You don't really want to tweak these settings beyond what I have posted. Can make the game really screwy if you go too far. But, if it is a scripting problem, those settings may help.
  8. Just what I read on the skyrim modding reddit page thing. Lost the page link though now. But what you suggested, Koohi sounds good enough if one wanted to merge them.
  9. you could make them play friendly with one another if you removed the skinning aspect. But that is something you do not wish to do. There doesn't seem to be comp. patches out there. So you will have to either do it yourself or put up a thread in the mod request section and hope some one helps out. and for having loads of mods... http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/69905/? <--- Merge Plugins. Took me from the 255 limit to 120 esp's.
  10. you should always do a bashed patched for level item things. Look at it this way. you have armours and weapons that have been added to the game through their own lists. They will effectively be running parallel with one another which could cause issues. A bashed patch merges them. Reduces conflicts and the like. Technically you should also make a tes6edit merged patch as the bashed only inserts the level list and nothing much else. Load up tes5edit (do this AFTER creating the bashed patch and deactivate the bashed patch before loading TES5Edit) press 'ok' as you want the program to load the mods you will be playing with. Once loaded, right click on any mod in the left window pan. Navigate to 'other' then 'create merged patch'. click ok/yes to the silly and irrelevant messages that pop up. Navigate to the new mod at the bottom of the left window pane, expand it and delete the leveled item list and level npc list (bashed patch deals with them). With that, all armours and weapons are fully integrated into the game. Activate the merged patch and bashed patch and you are free to go. When adding new mods that alter leveled lists. You should always re-bash and re-merge patch your list. It is just good practice and avoids potential problems.
  11. IIRC the scrap heap size should be 256. I had problems with it at some point. I just downloaded the SSME (which is technically redundant as it apparently has been been implemented into SKSE) and it works. Give it a shot.
  12. Nothing wrong with the CPU. You can run a heavily modded Skyrim on the older FX AMD models (which are significantly weaker than the Ryzen 1600) with very high fps. A 2gb graphics card is the bare minimum you should have to run a decently modded skyrim (2k mods etc). I have an fx-6300 and an MSI R9 280x 3gb and have 2k everything and quite a few script heavy mods and ENBs and I get 20 fps in riften and the steps of whiterun but 35-50 fps everywhere else for themost part. You also have to take into consideration the other components of your machine. What power supply unit do you have? A weak or poorly made power supply can hinder your gaming experience greatly. The same with a stock mother board. It all adds up. Getting the most out of your processor and g-card needs decent hardware elsewhere. I am assuming you have at-least 4gb ram? Ideally you'll want 8. Not a big thing for skyrim, but more recent games will require 8gb ram to run smooth. google 'PC part picker' and go through that site. Has pretty much every pc component you can buy with reviews and the best places to buy them.
  13. For some one with 2k posts and is premium you missed the mark with the thread location. All mods requests go in the mod request category.
  14. validate the files with steam, make sure you have updated graphics drivers and then use the archive invalidation tool with NMM and try again. If it is still doing it after doing those then obviously it is something else.
  15. 99.99% of texture mods will work straight off of the bat. If you only want everything to look good - there is the perfect start, Anything that requires SKSE - forget about it for the most part as SKSE isn't SSE ready yet.
