  1. it would be recoloring a couple hundred maybe thousand texture maps, it bothered me there's no faction paint for automatrons
  2. This idea may be crazy but I like to get in over my head. So something that constantly irked me was the super slow albeit likely realistic time between when you call in a minuteman artillery strike and the time it reaches the are you designated it, (i run mods that buff the enemies and adds more, because endgame) so then i got to thinking "we need something that can take out hard targets that isn't half a millennia old, so how do we do this?" Tactical Missile launch stations built at settlements: something not crazy over the top more in keeping with modern day missile systems, a control and launch station on perhaps a trailer that can receive target Info and launch these missiles (possibly make it have to be manned by a settler?) how to make it lore friendly - so anyone who has played the story knows that Wilson Atomatoys had a secret defense contract to build weapons under the guise of civilian manufacturing, lets say maybe Corvega did as well to build a tractor drawn or self propelled Missile system, and there's a secret hatch in the Corvega Assembly Plant that leads to the clandestine assembly line for this weapon, this would be also where you would get the blueprints to build it yourself how to make it versatile and not unrealistically OP - the missiles and the launch station/launcher would be construct-able (maybe even use something in contraptions to make the process more streamlined?) but would cost a fair bit of supplies to build one, give it unlimited range but have the Time on Target reflect the (short) travel time fro it's launch site, the missiles could be built with conventional, plasma or tactical nuclear payloads How it would be called in - this is what im still brainstorming, signal smoke grenade and even the call box for yangtzee missiles require you to get too close in my opinion, and you don't want to be in the area when these missiles strike, my idea was perhaps some sort of small weapon that fired a GPS transponder and then you could call in the attack via broadcast from a holotape in your pip boy at this moment im still brainstorming and looking at models so something like this would be a massive undertaking and probably wouldn't be out until after nuka world but it is my big idea, thoughts?
  3. so disappointed in Bethesda's "we dont want to get involved directly" attitude
  4. can't wait for the full version. the alpha was so much fun
  5. perhaps the sole survivor finds a transcontinental supply train to alaska?
  6. my thought is on the toughness scale you should only be able to go toe to toe wearing full power armor, otherwise you better get the drop on it, i have a few mods installed that makes them stronger and faster suits my play style
  7. it could use a bit of slootyness kind of like Dixie's vault suit
  8. ^very nice, if the Brotherhood had fighter jets i'd imagine them wearing something like this
  9. or you know you could actually post your creation on Bethesda so they're not stolen to begin with, just a thought
  10. I'm a console player, and just wanted to stop by to say a few lines, I first want to say thank you to all the mod authors who have taken time out of their busy schedules to take their own mods from sites like nexus and navigate the headache to post them here, much less move them to consoles, I'd also like to apologizes for the all the "plz put this on xbone" comments and spam, I've done it a few times, mods are a new world to us, you could say we're over eager, I'd like to also apologize that it seems this over eagerness and impatience along with some people who lack a moral compass has resulted in mods being stolen, and unfortunately some of the eagerness and impatience has made some of the other console players so desperate that they don't care if the mod is stolen or not, they just want the content, on the other side we as console gamers unfortunately have yet to meet and chat with many of the authors and don't recognize if a mod is stolen.I know we have been demanding and impatient more often then not since the mods dropped for xbox a week ago. I just want you guys to know that a lot of us are just as passionate about fallout as you are and hope we can find common ground so we're not doing the bitter back and forth. Thank you for you time and all sharing your amazing creations
