  1. That's a really good idea. I support this!
  2. Bethesda thought that Radiant quests would be better than hand-made quests. They were wrong.
  3. Put that up for download once the CK comes out and you fix those animations. I was saying is that if Skyrim's file format for animations are different than Morrowind's maybe someone could be able to change the format so it is compatible with Skyrim? Just an idea
  4. That's cool, I was just wondering whether it was Skyrim or the Deadly Dragons mod.
  5. I traveled to Windhelm, went inside the city, and and dragon attacked. I thought they could only attack in exterior spaces? I have the Deadly Dragons mod, I'm not sure if that's why but I want to know if this has happened to anyone else before.
  6. http://ppsh-41.tumblr.com/post/13145143504/entire-tamriel-landmass-built-into-skyrim The provinces are already there. We could make an entire remake of Tamriel! Isn't this amazing? Did Bethesda leave that there just for the modders? Or for DLC? SO MANY QUESTIONS!!
  7. Medium armor would be cool. I'm waiting until the CK comes out then I will make it myself. Crossbows too, but the new meshes, textures, animations etc. will take FOREVER. I was thinking of importing them from Morrowind or an Oblivion mod if you can do that...? Spears, again, all of the animations and textures can be imported Battle Staffs(already made in Weapons of the Third Era!) Ninja Stars Spell Crafting(that would take forever to make, even WITH the CK)
  8. When I started, I never actually chose either side. What I decided to do was chose whatever armor I found, and if it was better than the one I was wearing, I would use it regardless of it being heavy or light. I wound up being a light armored character. My Nightingale armor is very good, and I love being able to move fast too.
  9. Now, most of us would agree that the guilds in Skyrim were terrible compared to Oblivion, Beth relied on Radiant too much. Time to fix this! Whenever the CK comes out, I want to re-do the Dark Brotherhood and Thieves Guild quests. I am only 13, have had a bit of experience with the Geck, a beginner with programming in C++, and I can learn how things work pretty quickly. I want at least 3 other people to work on this with me. ____________________________________________________________________ Primary Goals: -Make the Thieves Guild questline better and not dull. -Make the Dark Brotherhood questline better and not dull. Secondary Goals: -Create a Mage's Guild(a brand new mage's guild, not the college of winterhold) -Improve the College of Winterhold's questline. ____________________________________________________________________ Now, I realize this could be a huge project, and there is no way I could do it alone. I am asking the most experienced modders out here to do this project, hopefully I can be a part of it too. Send me a PM for Skype.
  10. It seems as if Beth relied on Radiant, thinking it would somehow best the amazing guild quests in Oblivion. A big, overweight NO.
  11. Oh I would want this, looks easy to make. Just change a few script lines here, spawn a few horses here, all done! Since when is Skyrim realistic anyways though?
  12. The DB and TV were so much BETTER in Oblivion. Skyrim's a great game and all but I really wish Bethesda wouldn't have relied on the Radiant system: I would rather have 10 fun, unique, challenging quests then an infinite number of boring ones.
  13. That's going to take a pretty damn good programmer, I know one but he has never played an Elder Scrolls game before, perhaps I can persuade him.
  14. Alright, this is my rant on the Guilds of Skyrim. The TV is Oblivion was a lot of fun. The thefts were different almost every time. Each one had a unique setting, with a different and diverse way to steal it. The DB was the same way, and the bonus items were really cool and sometimes hard to get. In Skyrim, well, in layman's terms THEY SUCKED!(thieves guild wasn't so bad because of the armor you got :P). Every quest was exactly the same, little to no diversity. The ones in Oblivion were so original and re-playable. Now, the Mage's guild. The College's questline was so short, very forgettable. The Mage's guild In Oblivion was, in my opinion, a lot better. Taking out spellcrafting was terrible idea, and I can't wait for the inevitable mod that adds this in. The Companions was a REALLY cool questline. I really enjoyed it, along with the (SPOILER ALERT) ability to be a werewolf. (END SPOILER) I never actually played much of the Fighter's Guild in Oblivion, but I think Bethesda should have included it alongside the Companions. Same thing goes with the Mage`s guild, that should have been there AS WELL as the College. Your thoughts?
  15. By minor I mean things I could do without, that is with the exception of the spell maker. Holy hell would that take a long time, I can just SEE the pages and pages of code...
