  1. Thanks a lot for the answer. Is it possible for me to move from NMM without need to reinstall the game with all it's mods? I have 234 active plugins in my installation atm and it's dead stable so I would only move if there would be IMPORT function that would not mess everything up. Thanks again
  2. So what is the difference and which one is better? Is Vortex going to do more than NMM + LOOT?
  3. so guys which of the two is better Vortex or NMM, because quite frankly I'm not going to get into the territory of Mod Organiser. I've heard a lot of good about mod organiser unfortunately it's not really a noob friendly affair, so I'm keeping away from it.
  4. Guys what mod are we talking about and what happened so it got removed?
  5. CBBE and UNPB or UNP being the most commonly used. The biggest difference is CBBE is a big round butts/breasts mod while UNP provide more traditional smaller proportion bodies. CBBE has way more armor mods compatible then UNP as well. On the other hand if you rather have your armors as an actual armors go with UNP(B) versions. Because CBBE tend to be more of a bikini style armors mainly
  6. So NMM is no longer supported but somebody is still making unofficial changes to it or what? I'm a bit confused. And what software have the most support in modding skyrim atm?
  7. I'm playing SE at the moment with arround 280 active mods of which 210 plugin files. I've find out today that you can only have 256 active plugins maximum on oldrim and SE. Majority of the mods was ported to SE by now, because I remember arround a year and a half ago there was hardly any. If some author aren't active anymore there's always somebody willing to port their mod on permission to SE. From my personal experience I'd never go back to oldrim again because my current sse installation is stable AF. I can go for hours without CTD.
  8. So I came back to this topic after nearly a year since it was posted for the first time. After all your suggestions and tips I've decided to play skyrim oldrim with all dlc's and after a few months of playing it with arround 150active mods decided to step up the game and put another 150 into my installation, and well after many hours of tweaking and playing around with Load order etc I've brake my game to the point where I just gave up... That time there were still no SKSEx64 support for SE so I've decided to put it aside and wait for more stuff to come up and be compatible with SE. Today I'm back with SE installation over 200+ active mods +OLDRIM mods as well and guess what, it is freakin stable! I can play for hours without CTD's. Another thing I've noticed that skyrim oldrim installation have these things called "MOD PACKS" which is essentially hundreds of mods put into one installation "click next>next>finish" sort of thing, but for some reason I feel a bit guilty to install it because it seems dodgy (like stealing mods from other authors)... So how is the modding on Skyrim Special Edition going? I believe most of the stuff was ported right?
  9. Thanks for the help guys, I'm installing it right now :)
  10. Hey guys, do you remember there used to be LOOT and/or BOOS tools to basically check for mod conflicts and do the load order thingy, I've tried to search for them, but seems like they both are pretty outdated and/or discontinued. The only thing closest to it I've managed to find was TesVEdit which I'm completely unfamiliar with, does it do the same thing, or at least sorts the load order? Is there anything else that would do same like LOOT just up to date
  11. Hello guys, it was a while since the last time I've used this forum. Actually kinda missed it a bit. So yeah I've been off for a while from skyrim, and recently I have find out that they've released this "Skyrim Special Edition" game, which is better then nothing, but let's admit we all are waiting for the next Elder Scrolls to come out. Anyway long story short is: I'm really interested to find out your opinion, on which is a better game to play at the moment? Skyrim or Skyrim SE Because I've completed skyrim about 4 or 5 times, and now I only play with mods, so which one of them has a better mod support, and just in general is this Skyrim Special Edition is really worth it? Is it like going to replace original Skyrim, or not really? Thanks for the answers, and hope I don't brake any rules, because I've really tried to search something on it, but could not find anything.
  12. I'm really impressed about this. I've been a huge fan of skyrim, but have never heard of this mod. Too busy tinkering with FO4 Settlements atm, but definitely going to come back to skyrim soon. ^^ And will give this one a try
  13. Oblivion Quest Modding Team http://i1203.photobucket.com/albums/bb392/Shamiro/OQMT-1.png I'm looking for active an Oblivion developers, to join a team and develop new quest system together. Things to develop. PROJECT Guild faction (like mages/fighters guild) in all main cities. New Quests Dungeon Quests (Making instances) Alternative: Main Quest Buy/Sell House module. *The main idea is to focus on quests development, but at the same time creating new NPC's/Houses/Inn's which is really relevant. The minimum experience and skill is required. If you have some free time and you are interested in developing mods, this is the place where you can find yourself.
  14. Looking forward to test this one out. Looks amazing so far :)
  15. Thank you sir. But the thing is, I've actually killed many of the NPC's in game during the fights with guards, and it would be really nice if there is any chance to restore all the npc's I've killed. Maybe it is possible to do by editing the save_game? By the way, I totally agree with you that making NPC's invulnerable would be totally useless and crazy for the sake of Oblivion. Not by editing the saved game. The biggest issue with what you are asking is quests. A lot of NPCs are tied to quests and quest variables. Messing with that risks breaking your game in unexpected ways. Like I said before, your actions in game have consequences -- don't want to lose NPCs? Don't fight factions that they belong to. I see. Thank you for your answer :)

  17. Hello guys, I would like to ask if you could give me a link with a modification, that would respawn all cities npc's, which was killed during the fights with guards? Thank you a lot :)
  18. Not really no sir... Oblivion graphic interface is much better than morrowind. "Oblivion Graphic extender" mod makes the trick pretty good :) Plus "Better Environment's" And "All Natural Weather" FPS killers what can I say, but if you have a good PC Oblivion do look brilliant.
  19. Well it's really strange. I've installed OOO. Have tried it a little bit, must agree some places for a starting character is way too OP. But the thing is that the rewards is actually much better too, which makes me to keep trying. And the thing I've seen is that if one cave is too OP. there's a low chance that another one will be the same. Running through the wilderness will make you to gain some skills and levels. Once you've raised your level, got some skills. Try to beat the same cave you couldn't again. It will work no problem.
  20. Hello. I would like to share what I've found so far with oblivion optimization in my case. - The main thing is to make your video card drivers up to date. That really helps, to shut down most of the stuttering. - Another good idea is to clean your start up, from the unnecessary programs, such as adobe updater's/reader and so on. It will save up a little bit memory of your machine. - Go to that place where your oblivion.exe is located, and if you are running under windows Vista/7 chose properties-> compatibility tab, and make sure to check "Disable desktop composition" this will change your color scheme to default while you are running oblivion. IMPORTANT: if you're running some Environmental mods such as "All Natural" etc... Make sure to turn them off on your mod manager or waye bash (Why? Because this is one of the most computer/video card memory using modifications, especially if your computer is on low resources) Better cities Video card memory killers. I suggest you to run this mod only in that case if you are using a strong, duel layer video card, at least 1GB of video memory. Of course you are able to run in whether your machine is, but it will decrease down to 10-15 fps when in cities for sure, The fps can't decrease because some modifications are incompatible with each other. I've tested it on my own computer. Found some incompatibilities then tested it together and the final result was a crash, Not the FPS drop
  21. These crashes are definitely because of one of the mods, unfortunately it is really difficult to say, witch one. I can suggest you a few things :) 1st: Remember the last mod, you've installed and try to uninstall it 2nd option: Install "BOSS" modification/tool. It's like a modifications database, and also at the same time it will show you all the conflicts you get between the mods, so download this tool and check it out, maybe it will help :) Best regards
