  1. Holy molly O.o I have like 750 in league of legends 120 in GW2 350+ in WoW (Private + global) and altogether by far my most played games Skyrim/SE ~1200 Oblivion around ~750 Witcher all dlc's as long as it took me to do main story maybe ~120 or so Fallout 3/4 altogether ~500 And obviously all these games can stretch by far past 500 hours easy I've seen someone recommended total war series, cities - skylines, etc so yeah them also can stretch to insane lengths for sure. I've seen somebody said morowind (legit yes, but why would you?)
  2. I've got 307 mods installed in Skyrim SE, so I'm not sure what you did to mess up your 128 mod install, but it was definitely something on your end. it obviously was on my end and I know that, I had way too many overwrite prompts and also too many conflicts where I'd have to set up the order of which mod should go after which and that really confused me to bits. Did not have to do that in NMM or MO2. I'd say if I gave Vortex a proper chance and would really go deep to learn it's tricks, I'd probably end up really happy at the end of the day. Installed MO2 started putting mods in right and left like crazy, brake the game, wen't back unchecked the mods bits by bits until found the one causing trouble and uninstalled it, really easy to tick/untick mods to see which is causing issues. Just feels super smooth and really have like 0 learning curve, most of the stuff is super common sense a bit like NMM was when I first started modding skyrim. Like I said it's only my personal experience and how I see things, everyone is wired differently and what one might see as common sense other might need to delve into it and try to actually figure it out. For me Vortex will need figuring it out, MO did not, what do you think? So you made 307 to be less or equal to 255 limit? You see that is higher level of attention to detail and care while installing mods, not many people have it. I managed to do it once only and that was with NMM, if I'd have to do this with Vortex I'd literally cry myself to sleep every night :D
  3. Well it's funny how I've tried new installation with Vortex and broke my game after silly 128mods installed, super dissapointing result for me. The learning curve cooming from NMM is easier even on MO2 rather than Vortex imho. So I've switched to MO2 and probably not going to look back now. 180+ mods stable as hell. Vortex UI by far superior to NMM or MO or even WB but holy smokes Vortex functionality is something of puzzle to me
  4. Yeah I'm using both of these you mentioned, with legendary difficulty it's a bit like enemy stay same hp but will most likely one shot me ahaha. Thanks anyway mate. I guess I will have to wait for that mod for some time. And on legendary difficulty dragons will just instagit me.i've tried to get the settings right in wildcat but unfortunately it does not control stats of enemy
  5. I'm looking for a mod that would overhaul the stat scaling of various enemies. When you are level 1-20 and don't dk too much damage it's okay but whrn you are level 97 you pretty much can one shot a dragon priest from stealth etc... I'd like to know if there's a mod that would add hp and difficulty to monsters. Thx
  6. Hello guys could you please guide me to a tutorial where I could learn how to compress 10 mods into 1esp so I'm not as quickly limited to 255 active plugin threshold? I don't know the exact terminology for this but I hope you understand what I mean. It does not matter which mod managing framework it uses, but I'd prefer it to be vortex since I wanted to give it a shot in a near future. Thanks in advance Plus I would only add things like 10 weapons into single.esp or 10 armor so it would not brake the game
  7. Yes basically go to your library in steam, push right mouse button on "TES V: skyrim special edition" choose properties click on it. In a new window popup go to "updates" tab and on Automatic updates option choose "Only update this game when I launch it" If it have already updated to you just google: "Skyrim 1.5.50 update SKSE issue" In one of the websites there's a link that will get you the old version of skyrim.exe and launcher.exe files. After download make sure it's clean by scanning with antivirus. Revert it back to that and it should be good at least until new SKSE comes out. That's what I've done already and it does the job
  8. I have not tried any of these, but I can tell one thing for sure. Everyone seems to love Beyond skyrim Bruma. I've seen a few walkthroughs and lemme tell you, I can't really tell the difference from original game design and that of a skyrim Bruma.
  9. Sounds ambiguous but I hope you will be successful. I don't know much about modding, but I can tell that this is way more complicated than another house mod :D I like the idea, but I don't like the entrance allocation. High hrothgar is a home of paarthurnax so it should really stay this way. There are a whole lot of other peaks in skyrim that would serve the purpose. Imagine lore wise a dwarf underground city that share the same mountain as a legendary graybeards hmm... strange at least in my opinion
  10. Thanks a lot buddy and well done for sorting this one out!
  11. I've read through official mod posts to see if anyone is experiencing same issue. Unfortunately we are the only one's
  12. Scd2112 do you use one or both of the mods below: Populated Lands Roads Paths Legendary Edition ( Now lands, roads and paths are populated by Adventurers, Merchants with Body Guards, Refugees, Pilgrims, Assassins and much other. Compatible with everything, this mod doesn’t use scripts ) Populated Cities Towns Villages Legendary Edition
  13. Don't use 4K textures if your monitor is not 4K. Simple as that, I'd say if you're on gtx1080 and got monitor supporting 4096x2160 go for it. As a graphics card 1060 6gb is capable of running 4k, but really quite unimpressive with that at all... on the other hand even if you don't have 4k monitor you can install 4k textures, but you are not going to get the best out of it.
  14. If you are starting from complete 0, don't use NMM. Just go with Vortex instead because that is somewhat official replacement for Nexus Mod manager. And Vortex even got a separate space here on the forums, that's why I call it a NMM replacement.
  15. Check for the patch for t3ndos skyrim redone. I suggest reading through on the mods page to see if there's some kind of patch to get their scripts to work together. As far as I remember skyrim redone not suppose to work properly without community skill uncaper anyway, but there must be another mod. When I come back from work I will try to dig it for you
  16. I have the same issue. Npc's that's not effected by the change of immersive npc's mod and deadly wenches and who's not a vampire or werewolves have that face bug and even kids (some of them). Strange... got used to this now. And btw I've found a fix in this thread so bookmarked and I will fix it on the next playthrough
  17. I have the same problem here on the other hand I've tailored my personal lore about them. My instance is that one will spawn in the cell where my character is. It's fairly rare occasion tho. Every 5-7 game days or so I suppose. But they are a bit OP being like 15 levels up to me...
  18. What about running affairs in the thiefs guild? They'd do with someone like that
  19. Why? Your pc must be a beefy one. I have a few mods you have mentioned as well and sometimes I think there are too many npc's in my game now. Yeah 30 npc's in a bigger inn during the night is considered packed AF
  20. The limit is 255 I believe. Merging is quite easy to do as well. Like WastelandAssassin stated just use plugins and read the guides, pretty straight forward :)
  21. Wow that was an amazing and inspiring storry :)
  22. I don't know for the functionality but for one at least vortex stand out for sure. And that is UI. It's much better looking than NMM/MO
