  1. How do you define content that "should already be there"? Because it sounds like a rather subjective metric to me. Things such as late main story missions, there's obvious faults with the Minutemen Quest line. Or the settlement system. I know the way i worded it can be Subjective, but i mean half assed. Such as the simplifying of fallout overall.
  2. The only real way for Bethesda to support modding more than they already do would basically require them to open-source the game engine. And the vast majority of mods do not fix the game - they extend it by adding new things or changing how things work. When i mean fix the game i mean to add content that should of already been there. That's why i said incomplete games beforehand.
  3. Depends on the game. For example. CA's total war medieval 2 kingdoms is moddable. But Warhammer isn't as moddable. It depends on how the devs make the game and if they support mods. For example. Some games have a lot of Hard code in them. So they can't be altered easily.
  4. If Bethesda, was to do Player made Dlc. they should do it on a brand new game, Not one that's already out. Furthermore, they should support modding more. By making the game more Moddable, not just to the limits of what players can do with the creation kit. Honestly, all i see paid modding as, is Bethesda releasing more incomplete games. and then making more money by having people fix it for them.
  5. I agree, if you were to make AWOP for fallout 4, the Glowing sea and pretty much the whole south part of the map would work well with it. The Highways could also be a good location. I'm not sure how you feel about using the workshop Dlc, but i think Vault Tec had cave assets.
  6. There is the Bank of the Commonwealth, which will store all the caps from your settlements in your bank account. You have to make the banks yourself in the settlements. I personally like the mod, it adds a Society advancing feeling. There also is Subway runner. But i don't think it's what your looking for.
  7. Horizon really is good, if you want to go all out, Get Frost, and then get a Feral ghoul outbreak mod. There is one Feral ghoul mod, that adds hordes of them to the city's, So pretty much you'd have to sneak every where. Or stay out of the Big citys and stay in the wasteland, or smaller ones. It makes sense Lore wise, considering the millions of people that lived in Boston. and Frost taking place just 2 years after the Fallout.
  8. To be honest, the Creation kit hasn't even been out for a year yet, and there are already a good amount of mods. i'd wager, that by December this year, nexus will be irradiated by a lot of good mods. I think a lot of the people complaining, started playing modded Skyrim, a couple years after the game came out, and were overjoyed by the massive amount of mods.
  9. Would it be possible, to add Far harbor to the Commonwealth world space, having it spaced to the east?
