Anyone Know How to Create "PowerArmorActorScript"!? I want to Create a power armor companion

I want to Create a power armor Like "power armor AutoPilot By Kentington" sad The mod Is Buggy( and I don't know if the Mod author is abandoned it or The author secretly trying to overhaul it) I was inspired To this mod and eager to create Similar to it. Can anyone Help me how to do it?

i dont know what happened when i done install CBBE Mod but i notice this when i look the side of my character | | V http://prnt.sc/bws33k But its very normal, no glitch when i look the front of my character the wrist did not glitch :/ -sorry if my english is bad
