I'm having a similar problem. My hats are the right height, but sadly they don't stick to the head. They just float static, unmoving above the player.

Hello. I'm trying to import a custom bat model for a mod I'm working on. The model is working. The mod itself works. The only problem I've currently got is the texture itself. I've got the DDS textures, i've got the BGSM made. The model shows up in game as a solid black bat though.
