So I've been playing skyrim for a while on the xbox with absolutely no problems until I entered markarth and noticed this horrifying untexture "house for sale sign. I posted my load order fairly recently and so far haven't changed it yet so if you're interested you can look there but I honestly have no clue whats causing this to happen. So I started a new Skyrim play-through and I decided to play as a mage as I've never done a mage play-through before and I'm trying to find a point to me wearing all mage cloThing other than the enchantments on them. But considering I can just enchant light armor is there really a point in wearing it? Also is there any perks on the skill tree that boost the usefulness of mage clothing?

I'm just excited for the online co-op because the nostalgia from staying up all night with my friends grinding on borderlands; trying over and over again to beat the destroyer but we were to uncoordinated and dumb at the time to figure out how to strategically beat him so we'd just spray and constantly spam the jump button until finally we managed to defeat it and we were so hyped for our reward we were expecting some op automatic rocket launcher but instead you literally just get a crap ton of cash and xp and we were so mad xD Hope Borderlands 3 is as good as the rest of the series tho but I know it will be cuz how can they mess up a borderlands game lol

I like my load order but I literally have no space to download more mods so any tips (like mods i should remove, add, check out, etc.) would be greatly appreciated thanks!
