I am not running them from within MO I specified it in the post that I also tried running them from OUTSIDE mo and the situation was the same. And I did remove the previous preset. Thank you captain obvious. I think you haven't read my post carefully enough.

So, I've tried several, although I experimented most with Enb Man and Enb Organizer(http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/67077/?tab=4&&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fcomments%2F%3Fmod_id%3D67077%26page%3D1%26sort%3DDESC%26pid%3D0%26thread_id%3D2968319&pUp=1) http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/57620/ and I always have the same issue: the managers work just fine for enabling/disabling my current enb that I have installed manually, but they will not enable any other enb(they display the enb as enabled but when I go in game there is no enb, the same situation with both). I'm using Mod Organizer but enbs go to the skyrim root diretory so it shouldn't be a problem if I don't run them from MO. I also tried setting my skyrim root directory to not-read-only(un-checking the box in properties) along with all its subfolders and running the programs as admin and from inside and outside MO and the situation is the same. I would truly appreciate it if anybody helped me out on this! I made sure my current enb works properly but it was a terribly long and tedious procces that left me with very little free time (it took me almost a whole day of the weekend and I'm generally very busy during the week). I got the update prompt, but as I didn't want to update I tried hitting cancel. Whenever I hit cancel NMM closes, not letting me do anything until I update... I looked at the part about not updating but it's very hard to understand if you don't know your terms very well. I am just curious as to how I can rollback if/when I want/need to because currently I have switched to Mod Organizer in order to be able to play, but it really has a bunch of limitations that I don't like and it's overcomplicated. Thanks in advance!
