Obviously Nexus isn't STEP site. But wouldn't "hurt" anybody to give DETAILED instructions for "dummies" (newbies). Thank you so much, you are so helpful person. So, I don't need to worry about the "bolts", since I'm following STEP instruction. Ok.

"Bloody marvelous"!... Now Steam servers have problem and I can't even connect!!!

WHY "STEP" don't have DETAILED comments on their guide, telling you to SCROLL TO THE FILES and choose from there? Now that I found it ...after made mistakes... I know. Why they didn't telling that MORE CLEAR, for newbie modding users???

So... I figured (found) that when I'm pressing "STEP" guide link and moving to Nexus, that I SOULDN'T press the FIRST (next/under to pictures) "green button" (on top) but to press the "FILES" button (bellow the pictures) and THEN to press that specific "green button" for the specific file "STEP" suggesting!!! That was my mistake in first place - I was pressing the main (on top) "green button" and I was installing everything... ...So, what am I suppose to do, now? Can I fix these "Overwriting files" (lighting bolts) or... start all over again from the beginning (fresh Skyrim installation, again from start editing the .in files... all of them, from the start)????

Thank you again! Yes, I'm following STEP like a Bible. Whatever they saying, I'm following step-by-step, exactly. So... why these "lighting bolts" have appeared? And I know, I checked the Info and I saw the files (conflict that from this mod with that from the other)... The point is... I don't know what to move - since I don't move anything (yet), I'm letting MO & LOOT to handle the list. Should I leave them like that? Would the game crash (with these "lighting bolts" on some mods)?... Should I start using NMM (which I know better) instead of MO (which I think is for more experience users)?

So, I WOULD NOT press the green button and automatically download (everything), but instead to scroll the files and pick EXACTLY what "S.T.E.P." says! Now, I understand it! Thxs very much! THAT... is an ANSWER!!!... "Go there and check this post" IS NOT an answer, is a LAZY response when someone is fanatic to posting but actually NOT saying anything! ...So, Ishara,... how am I fixing this "Overwriting Files" issue? I don't have anything in the "Overwrite folder" (on the bottom of the MO list). I just have these "lighting bolts icons" aside some (many) mods. What should I do?

Ιn "S.T.E.P.", I'm reading: Enhanced Night Skyrimhttp://wiki.step-project.com/images/thumb/8/85/Wikilink.png/18px-Wikilink.png Download and install only the Enhanced Night Skyrim v04 Low Stars optional file. I'm pressing the green button... the mod is downloading... I'm double clicking... everything is install. HOW am I suppose to CHOOSE? Why "S.T.E.P." guide doesn't say "how" to choose, since the mod automatically is installing all?

I'm not lazy, I'm TOTALLY LOST!!! I'm starting as newbie something (moding) and I need help from experience people. "USUALLY", the vet people helping the "green". You don't; simply mocking me and calling me names ("lazy"). I'm lupus_hegemonia, from "Hegemonia: City-State" (Rome Total War), the top mod of Rome: Total War. I was co-founder of this mod and I was working on it 7-9 hrs per day, for SIX years! So... I'm not "lazy"! I simply don't know s*** of Skyrim moding. I bought the game one month ago, not in 2011... Anyways, thxs for nothing... I'll find someone who's NOT LAZY, to give me a hand. P.S. Btw, you gave MORE than two sentence response to the previous guy! But to me... you couldn't!

Ι'm reading and watching these, for 3 hrs now... Why is it so difficult to simply tell me what to do??? He's talking about the "Overwrite" folder on the bottom. I don't have anything in there! I've posted a pic. We're talking about different things. If you don't wonna help, fine. But why you bother to answer... since you're not ANSWERING at all? I assume, to fix that, is a matter of few clicks and some work. Can you write me the steps, because I can't figure out what to do? Such videos as above, I'm watching them over and over again since I posted my first post here (few hrs ago!) and I STILL don't know what to do to fix my problems...

I was using NMM fist... I thought it was more "user friendly". Now, I'm using the MO because "S.T.E.P." suggesting that. But I'm "lost" in this app... Please, heeeelp! I want to FINALLY PLAY the damn game during weekend... And when I'm double-clicking the "Overwrite" last entry in mods' list, there isn't anything there, is empty...

Okay... after playing with the Vanilla Skyrim, I thought to give a try and play with mods. Fist, I used a completed "set", the "TMP Skyrim" (you can search and find it in YouTube)... It was VERY "heavy" (the creator has a superb machine and still has 55-60 fps in the game, I had same... but in many cases/scenes bellow 20!), so I dropped it. Then... I removed the game completely, made total fresh install, didn't even started once and I started the "S.T.E.P." guide... First, in "S.T.E.P" guide, many times saying "install the main file, don't install the X files"... and such. When I'm pressing the "S.T.E.P." link (of a mod), the Nexus pages opens, I'm pressing the green button, MO starts automatically to download the mod, when I'm double-clicking the mod MOST OF THE TIME the installation begins without any "choose" option (to check this and don't check that)...so,. the mod installing anything (all? some?). Second, I have now this picture here in MO: Many-many files have "flags" for "Overwriting files" & "Not Endorsed yet"... How am I suppose to fix these??? I'm reading for a hour now posts and "S.T.E.P." guides... and I don't understanding a thing!
