  1. Whenever I load a save/exit combat my music takes 2-3 minutes to kick in. It gets interrupted by seemingly everything, a band playing in the streets completely pauses it and I have to wait 3 minutes again for the music to start. Combat music kicks in instantly but after combat finishes, it's complete silence again. This happens only in Toussaint, mods or no mods, I even freshly redownloaded and installed the game, no bueno, still broken. i7 6700k @ 4.4 gtx 980ti game installed on 256gb ssd 16gb ram asus xonar dx audio card windows 10 Any tips?
  2. Well im retarded. I was copying the entire [skyrim Folder] of the enb archive into my actual Skyrim folder. I did what you did - copy the enb files into enbseries and the rest into my skyrim folder and it works fine. THANKS!
  3. Sorry. I missed that sentence. I'll give Serenity a try and report back. Your description just sounded like a textbook "iPresentInterval/Shadows" case. Thanks a lot, I posted a thread on the enbdev forums, there are some screenshots that show my issues. I have also tried Somber 3 ENB, Somber Luce Lucida, K-ENB Pure Lights, Seasons of Skyrim. They all work fine. It is just Serenity that for some reason is f***ed up beyond all recognition http://enbdev.com/enbseries/forum/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=5270&sid=0931db709af744ad23a90f79d7cf87e0
  4. http://www.overclock.net/t/1171258/skyrim-ini-tweak-for-amazing-looking-shadows fShadowDistance is probably the biggest contributor to shadow quality (not 100% sure) the bigger that value, the shittier your shadows will look
  5. "I'm running Vividian now and this one works fine, all the settings work flawlessly" I know how to install ENBs, every other ENB I'm trying out works fine, but for some reason when I'm trying to use Serenity the settings just don't do anything, shadows are the same no matter if detailed shadows are enabled or not, AO doesn't work, DoF doesn't work etc etc. I've tried Vividian, K-ENB Pure Lights, Somber 3, Somber Luce Lucida, and they all work without any issues, it's just Serenity that is f*#@ed up and I have no idea why There's still some sort of effect caused by the ENB but it just looks like total s*** for god knows what reason
  6. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/62411/? - this is the ENB https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BDwy09_PJk4 - enb in action I've used it some time ago and it looked glorious but now for some reason it doesn't work for me. DoF, detailed shadows, AO and many other settings do absolutely nothing, they don't even work, the sky is blinding white and there are a couple of other issues. I'm running Vividian now and this one works fine, all the settings work flawlessly so I have no idea why this is happening If someone could test it in their game and tell me which binary they used, I'd be super grateful, thanks !
  7. TL;DR enb settings in the GUI do absolutely jack s***, help So this started when I wanted to use my old ENB Serenity ExtendedFX I use 0.262 with this ENB, cant find 0.254 anywhere See, thing is: My sky is horribly bright with the ENB sky enabled, like it's straight up blinding white. Like half of the actual settings do absolutely f*** all, I tested AO by looking at a bunch of wooden logs and there's absolutely NO visual difference between it being off and on. Best thing ? I get 144fps with ambient occlusion ON, but when I untick it, I get 133fps ( i don't actually play at these framerates, no worries :] ) ???? Once again, there is absolutely 0 difference in visual quality Same s*** goes for DoF, it just simply doesn't work at all. Detailed shadows = same thing, shadows are exactly the same no matter if detailed shadows are ticked or not. Image based lighting also doesn't do anything. The few settings that actually work are stuff like Bloom, Adaptation. Original Object Post processing makes the game horribly bright (yeah I know I'm not supposed to tick those two settings but I just wanted to see whether they worked or not). Original Post processing doesn't do anything. Why the hell is this happening ? Am I missing some super secret ENB installation steps ? I'm pretty sure it's just copy the binary file and then copy the ENB.
  8. YES! Exactly that ! Sorry for confusing you guys but I fail at explanations ^^ So if anyone could link me to such a mod or try to make one, I'd be VERY grateful !
  9. Nope. I want to be able to swing my left weapon while already swinging the right one. Vanilla doesn't allow that. Pressing both buttons at the same time results in a some sort of a "power attack" which swings both weapons at once but you can't move while doing it. Basically, if you can, boot up your game, equip two melee weapons and try pressing LMB and RMB repeatedly (NOT PRESSING THEM BOTH AT THE SAME TIME). I hope this is clear enough.
  10. .. That's not what i mean. The vanilla game doesn't allow you to use your left hand weapon while slashing with your right one..
  11. Hello First off if anyone decides to make the mod I'm about to describe, thank you. A ton. Anyways, lets get down to business. I always hated how in vanilla skyrim you can't actually dual wield properly for some reason. You can only attack with one hand, the other one cannot be used. Therefore, only true dual wielding is simply power attacking, which sucks because you can't move. So if anyone could make a mod so dual wielding allows you to attack with both hands at once (NOT POWER ATTACK) I would be very grateful. Take a look at spells, before you get the dual casting perk, you can already use both of your hands to cast Firebolt but for some reason it's forbidden with weapons. I hope I didn't make this sound too complicated. Also, if such mod already exists I'd appreciate a link to it. Thanks again.
  12. I know for sure why is this happening with the Nightingale Blade. All absorb stamina/health/magicka enchantments have that effect. Dunno why the mace of Molag Bal has the effect because its enchantment is damage stamina ;/ You can disable the effect by typing the command: sisme 0 in the console. Unfortunately this also removes some other effects, like word walls and nighteye. Hope I helped.
  13. Hello everyone. My problem is as following. I cannot hit NPCs/enemies with projectile-type spells at longer ranges. I'm talking about spells like firebolt, ice spike. The actual projectiles just go right through the npcs. Recently I have realized this isn't actual problem with the spells because I can hit objects at very long distances easily. I can hit walls, buildings, barrels. It's just the npcs that are broken. The only mods that alter NPCs are graphical ones like HD clothing, realistic body, and all that stuff. I really hope you guys can help me out because I have no idea what might be causing this. I have the .ini tweak for long range archery but that doesnt seem to affect spells. I tried disabling all plugins but that didn't help either. I tried running TES5Edit, BOSS. Nothing worked so far. The major gameplay mod I'm using is SkyRE, version 1.3.01 (the latest one) http://i40.tinypic.com/30wa895.jpg This is how close I need to be to hit the two farmers in front of me. If I take few steps back, the firebolt projectile will go right through the npc. I will be very grateful for any help you can provide.
