*I Like* this thread going on for over thirteen years....

Went that route years ago and went a few days without smoking. Then had to light up. Returned to the hypnotist and she told me what she did is more for "social smokers"... those that do it to be doing something. She asked me some questions and determed I was addicted to the nicotine ( get a very mild rush with each drag ) and hypnosis would not help me. I now vape to get the rush. My nicotine level is 6, whereas most liquids are at 18. So I get a very low dose. Also have a shop do a custom blend for me and the cost of my habit now runs me about 15 $ a month. When I did cigarettes I was spending about 250 $ a month. Amazing all the stupid things I could afford to buy after the switch....

*I Like* using my 42" TV as a computer monitor because it is more fun to watch a character that is a foot tall than it is looking at one that is only two inches tall....

Since she was camped right next to me, I managed to spend some time with her. When she was about to return home, she asked me who my favorite character in the the Deryn series was. I told her "Rhys Thurin". She then asked me how I spelled my name. I told her Malachi. She responded with "I prefer the Irish spelling". In three books he as active in, his name was Rhys Thurin. In the fourth book in the series, he had died, but on his burial vault, the name inscribed on the cover was "Rhys Malachy Thurin". I know she did that for me. My minor claim to fame....

Thief 2 - The Metal Age: came out in 2000, is a first person sneaker. The graphics are not the best, but the game play is much better than many later games. It is on GOG should you ever want to give it a go....
