even if there isnt any lighting the whole bunker is still bright. so even if i removed all the bulbs itd still be bright

I have the lighting marker bulbs set up to create lighting inside my bunker. but every time i load up the game the bunker is just bright. It looks like how it would if you just pushed the light button (A) in the creation kit and i can not get it to change to anything else. Does anyone know the answer to this?

Okay so look i need to know how to make a door locked (requires key) that can only be opened by activation of an NPC through an intercom. so the dialougue will happen and then hell say ill unlock the door for you and then your able to go inside said building. how does one do this are there any videos or can someone help like walk me through it or something

back again with radio station stuff i just need to know how to make songs more randomized cuz ive tried a couple different things but it seems to be playing stuff not as random as i hoped.

ive seen it with other mods but when i use it with my mod when i die or reload my game its still on the same song how do i make it so when i die or reload my save its on a different song??

how do you make a new message?? and can i tie it to my radio station since its techically a quest??

how do you make one of those little pop up windows tha show up in game sometimes with mods explaining the rules of the mod or whenever in Falloiut new vegas you added a DLC and it would be like "Big Mountain Quest Has been added" or in fallout 3 when itd say "dogmeant has died" i wanna make one of those windows to open up whenever you install my mod so i can add a little text thing to it.

hmm okay. yeah that mod is supposed to make it so i can basically backstab someone either with melee or bare handed and insta kill them like alot of other games do. (which should have been in base game in my opinion)

oh no no i live in america haha xD yeah i just live on an island heh. we cant get xfinity out here cuz we dnt have phone landlines sadly /: alright ill try that link. and my computer isnt that bad more or less i can at least run fallout and play it fairly well. honeslt yi just need a better graphics card and a bigger RAM then ill be fine but other than that my computer works great for everything else i do. anyways yeah i gotta go now but ill come back if i need any more advice or get stuck thanks man appreciate all the help. now if i can just get someone to help me on the technical issues page ill be all fine and dandy haha xD

yeah i have terrible internet but honestly i really dont mind downloading the videos i learn alot easier from them than text tutorials. its just more time consuming than anything but all i got is time in this life so im in no hurry. i saved all the videos and tutorials you showed up there but do you have any more links or tutorials i could use?? id rather just get everything all srted together then come back to it when i have the time to, im basically busy today but i figured id ask since im gonna be gone the whole weekend and basically nothing to do at night. the tutorial videos were my basic fallback if i couldnt get one on one seeing as i learn alot easier from showing rather than reading.anyways if you have anything else id much appreciate it if not then ill just do what all the advice youve given me and try it from there thanks by the way

haha xD your like my favorite person on here damanding, and no i really honestly love tutorial videos its just the fact at 24kps internet i cant even get most youtube videos to load... /: thats the only reason i asked for one on one. i usually have to download a video from youtubbe straight to my computer (which takes several hours by the way) to watch it without major amounts of buffering and only about 5 seconds of video. i would just go to starbucks but sadly i live on an island so starbucks isnt as accessible for me. ill try and see those videos you posted. i just wanna make sure theyll help my specific cause before i take ten hours to download them though. so making an NPC should be pretty straightforward but the thing is i want to tie all this into my radio station.heres my requirements i wanna make a radio station that plays music has a dj, the dj is an actual character in game, he has an actual radio station building, he has a quest tied to him the quest tied to him requires a custom object (i.e. a guitar) i want to make holotapes that add new songs on to the radio station that are also tied to quests after the guitar i want to know how to make a new area to explore outside the commonwealth how to create and design a custom weapon and finally how to archive all the things ive implemented into one file and load it on to nexus and bethesda.net i know you listed a couple videos but if you have any more videos that fit those requirements and are fairly easy to follow could you please post them @damanding and ill start working on getting them downloaded to my computer and watching them. i just dont have the internet to go searching for youtube videos and only being able to watch 5 seconds of one before like an hour of buffering. so if you know of any ones personally that could help me specifically in my case itd be awesome just for you to post like a list and ill just get all those... i know its alot to ask but if it helps at all il credit you when the mod is done for helpng me out :D haha

schweet thanks actually i have another question as well. how do you make the songs on a station randomized like the other mods to like when i die itll be playing one song but when the game reloads itll be playing another song just basicaly every time the game reloads it plays a diffeent song and i like that any clues??

okay so i just want some basic advice on the creation kit. i made a radio station which i was able to do with help from youtube but i dont wanna end up youtubing everything i need to know. basically all im wondering about now is how doi create a custom NPC with dialougue, give it a quest, a place where he shacks up and a custom item you need to return to him for the quest?? also can i use holotapes to add new tracks to a radio station?? can i put this all in one mod?? after its all put together how do i upload it to NMM for other people to use?? how do i make a separate area king of like a DLC area where you travel somewhere?? uhm i think thats all my questions for now

it doesnt always happen immediately but it seems every time i enter upon a large group of enemies (i.e a settlement, group of supermutants, raiders) and i use VATS alot itll let me kill most of them but then when theyre almost all dead then ill go back into VATS to kill like the las guy r something and my game will freeze on him. it doesnt always happen like that though but i know or sure now its definately every time i use VATS. yeah i could just suck it up and not use VATS but survival is hard and its nice to hav at least ONE thing to rely on heh theres my mod list uh... thanks for the help in advance heh

welp i went through them 20 at a time like you said and widdled it down to 20 mods then took my favorites tested them first and i found my issue...... sadly it was one of my favorite mods though.... crossbows... -sigh- i really dont feel like going back through and finding what mod crossbows is conflicting with im just gonna leave it be. -sigh- it was nice having a crossbow in the commonwealth. maybe il send the author a bug report telling him/her what happened and show them my mod list then maybe in a later udate they fix it :) alrught well thanks for all the help guys i realy appreciate it

so ive redownloaded all the mods on my game that i coud find to NMM leaving only about 15 mods on the base game itself but im still having the issue should i try uninstalling the mods on the game first and then NMM next??

actually alot of these mods can be found on nexus so ill try ding that first

should i look at the NMM mods first or the plguns i got from the mods menu in game?

the thing is also i dont think it aways affects the same action and it only happens when i venture in certain areas around diamond city. my game worked fine when i started out near campbridge police station. then when i went to diamond city that when the glitches started happening

thank you all for responding but today when i was playing it also affected another thing. i tried to set up a campsite with the camping mod and it froze then i reloaded my old save and avoided the area that made my game freeze and that seemed to work then i tried smoking a cigarette later on and now my game keeps freezing again so i think its the same mod causing all these issues. it seems that whenever i do an action type thing maybe its not just workbenches but like setting up a camp or smoking are also actions like using a workbench so maybe smething is affecting the actions itself. im not sure but i will try getting rid of plent o exploration i havent even run into any of the buildings as said mod user put there any way so yeah. as for starting a new game... i dont even know what to say to that. i mean is it REALLY neccassary?? if so then.... i suppose i can do it but.... man its gonna be hard doing everything all over again
