I'm on xbox one I don't think we have that on console.. we have to manually organize our mods..what is a loot program?

Whenever I go near the rift imperial camp my game just crashes. I play on xbox one and use mods and even tried a new save with my existing mods to see if I have a corrupted save...still nothing. I can't get to the root of this problem I'm having. I tried disabling some mods one at a time that have some relevance to that area like deadly civil war, populated civil war, deadly bosses of skyrim, even maybe Skyland yet on all of those still crash when disabled. If anyone can help me I'd much appreciate it.

Hey I've been crashing at the same spot when coming from the east side beside ruins of bthalft... at first of thought it was deadly bosses of skyrim cause it replaces it with dragonborn shrine...then Skyland...then populated civil war...but none of those are the root of the problem...do u have a year of those mods installed?
