I think maybe you should try to make sure you have things like HDT extentions or the correct skeleton patch for some of the mods you're using by FNIS or the update the mod authors published. Also the mods could have conflicting problems if the initial load orders are huge, however, in your case I think we can pinpoint to a specific mods that are conflicting with each other. I think there might be a problem in your game copy you have. they might contain some script residue that are conflicting with the mods you're installing right now. Maybe the problems lies in the mod manager itself. There's a lot of issues that concerns the new updated versions of the mod manager, while I'm not completely sure of it, the older versions could be more reliable in it's system of installing files and organizing it.

So I'm trying to make a standalone follower, which I somehow managed, bu there is a little problem with her eyes. http://i.imgur.com/Qrqztaz.jpg When was making her, I copied a default human eye and replaced the texture. I used her eye texture from The eyes of beauty[ here is how I made the change I only changed the diffuse mpa After finishing her and loading her I noticed the problem, so i decided to replace the gloss, environment mask, and cube mapping in vairous combination resources from eye normal map fix and Improved eye reflections and cube map with still no luck. Is this a common problem and there is something I probably missed easily? Thanks in advance Edit: Thank you psychoslaphead for the advice! Just like you suggested I looked at the nif merge and the problem was race menu export problem. There is a sticky post by the nifmerge author in this nifmerge mod page issuing this problem
