  1. Hm, I may have inserted the wrong files. Does it also do this when you pick the Vault Girl Alt option? EDIT Looks like some options didn't point to the correct files in the FOMOD. I'm fixing it now. Will update once it's fixed.
  2. EDIT! Noticed an issue with the the lover's embrace not installing the correct choice. Fixed it and working on uploading the mod again. Will update with 1.9.1 once it's up. New update is out! This is on the front page too! Vault Girl Mod - Alpha 1.9 Download (3/24/17) https://www.mediafire.com/?93e98r4wefa77wf Version 1.9 Adds New Stats menu options for heads, and a new body. Two new sets of Vault Girl sign textures. Two new sets of Vault Girl SPECIAL icons New Vault Girl options for VATS, INVENTORY, HUDmenu. (Animation was adjusted some) Compatibility patches for HUDframework. A couple of new perks (none of them are very unique, forgot which ones they are). Several new options for the lovers embrace perk animation. Other vault girl options for the well rested perk. I think that's it, just tons of new options, and added new Vault Girls. The file size is bigger now. I removed a lot of work files (like Photoshop files and FLA files) that were unnecessary to make it a more manageable size.
  3. I've already talked to that modder before a while ago while he was still actively working on the mod. I've been talking with LazyRadly and they've agreed to help me edit the levelupmenu. If you mean the levelupmenu, I do plan to edit it, but for now the goal is to get the special animations in there. Maybe more later. I'm getting help from another modder just to edit it. I'll eventually upload things to the nexus when it is at the point I want it to be. It is getting there though.
  4. I too want this to be made. Was one of my favorite mods for previous Fallouts and Skyrim.
  5. Lazyradly helped me get the vatsmenu critical hit icon to work :). Will be in the next update. http://i.imgur.com/6KlCN8V.png
  6. Mods that let you use any armor piece with any outfit can cause this to happen, like Armorsmith Extended or More Armor Slots He is right. I just checked - disabled Armorsmith Extended and now Vault Girl does wear a Vault Suit if you for example equip the Vault 111 Suit. She is in underwear when you are naked. Nice one, NoTimeForMeta. This glitch is actually not caused by my mod. A while back someone discovered it was caused by Armorsmith Extended as you can see in the comment above that I quoted. I'm looking forward to seeing where you go from here. I appreciate the work and will support whatever decisions you make. Glad to hear. I've been able to get some work done on the mod lately. Hoping to update soon.
  7. Great work so far. Had a feeling someone would be making a 2b outfit. :)
  8. Progress is being made. Trying to figure out how much I want to finish before releasing another update and how much I'll save for the next update after. I'm leaning towards keeping the vault meat looking vault girl on as an option, but don't plan on adding more content with her after this next update. I've been working on Special animations for the other Vault Girl's and working on the signs and posters with them. I would also like to get some of the main UI stuff made for them too, like the inventory screen. I started making a colored version of the special animations of the new Vault Girl so that lazyradly can put them into the perk menu file. That part will probably have to wait until the 2.0 update, the process is slower than I thought it would be. http://i.imgur.com/7Acfzcb.jpg
  9. Yep, I've talked to Ruthless before. I've actually found someone who may help me edit the perk chart since my last post. :)
  10. Maybe. To me it's more important to get all the hud stuff done and all the perks within the pipboy and all the pipboy menus because I know how to do that. If I could just make the colored versions of the perks and have someone else insert them into the perk menu that would be great. I'll make one more update that still includes everything that has been made with the previous Vault Girl and that will remain available on this thread. Not going to please everyone. Me changing directions isn't destroying all the copies of the mod people have already been enjoying in their games. Unlike other modders I'm not completely removing my mods from the internet. EDIT Also feel free to update because the last version uploaded 1.8 from before I made this decision and you'll probably love it. The next update (1.9) will still include all of it and a little more. I won't be making new stuff with that design, but everything I made with her will be available. Thank you for at least giving us everything you possibly can. Any change that you'll have stuff available for someone to continue it with the current playstyle, should someone who knows how to do it want to? Are you asking if I would allow someone to continue on with the previous version of Vault Girl Mod? Sure but they'd need to make their own thread. Every upload of my mod includes the work files for everything in the mod. So this stuff has always been available. Almost no one has made use of it. Also there is already someone trying to continue my F3 and NV mods. The mod has installed using NMM without a hitch for me and others. This is probably an issue with your mod installer. If you don't want to use NMM I recommend a manual install. That's certainly a possibility--I'll need to go ahead and take a crack at that, first through a profile, than through a direct installation. Ironically, the only reason I'm using MO is because NMM after 0.56 (or thereabouts) added profiles and made them mandatory, an infinitely wise decision, and I wasn't in the mood to lose the ~230 mods I had in Skyrim in actual working order (thank god I backed everything up). Also, your new model looks great, very cute--hope you'll put in other options (bandanna, etc.) if you have the time like you did originally. Digging the tanktop/shorts look! Thanks! Yes I want to have all those options available and more as they get made. :)

  12. I agree it's sad to see some mods halt entirely or never get release at all. I totally understand why that happens though. Thanks :) It probably will slow things down for a while because there is a lot to convert. However I'm planning to release sections of the mod as smaller individual mods as I complete stuff. For example I may release a mod on the Nexus that is just the status screen and special animations, and a separate mod that includes retextures of all the signs, posters, etc. with Vault Girl. I can keep updating the Alpha for the full mod here though. I started working on my Vault Girl Mod for F3 and NV in 2015. That's about 7 years after Fallout 3 came out and about 5 years after New Vegas. I'm not too worried. Also. I'm hoping that many things from this mod will be able to port over to a new Obsidian Fallout game without too much headache. We should be okay. :)
  13. The mod has installed using NMM without a hitch for me and others. This is probably an issue with your mod installer. If you don't want to use NMM I recommend a manual install. This is disappointing news for me. I have been avidly following the progress on this mod for some time now. I really loved the look of the vault girl mod for FO3 and FONV. And to be honest, with a mod like this it is ALL about appearance. I completely respect your decision and genuinely thank you for your past mods and the tremendous about of effort you had to put into this one , I however do not care for the look of the vanilla Vault Girl and for that reason have not downloaded any of the current "Vault Girl" mods. Was really looking forward to this one Last time I checked there was only one vanilla vault girl UI mod for Fallout 4 and it only edits the status screen. There are many Vault Meat mods (though MXR's never actually released). Regardless. That said I've decided to go with a look inspired by the Bobble Girl bobblehead mod. I may do that. Just a few perks (that aren't very unique) a new status screen outfit, a status screen head option that has a ponytail, and a patch for the HUDmenu mod. I'll look into making the smile a bit more like the other one. EDIT http://i.imgur.com/vtFQmpNm.jpg
  14. Hey guys don't panic I hear you. I've decided to go with a new custom face/hair for Vault Girl inspired by the Bobble Girl bobbleheads mod. I plan to just keep the body the same as it has been in my mod. Honestly she doesn't look too different, but different enough for me. Here are some pics. http://i.imgur.com/tvPYqaFm.jpg Outfit is a new option for stats menu. Inspired by Lara Croft. Good night guys. Glad you are passionate about the mod.:) http://i.imgur.com/M78YB3g.png
  15. The design came from him, and I no longer will be working with it in the future. I fully expected that people would be disappointed. While that's unfortunate, I've made up my mind. The alternative to making a mod with the vanilla Vault Girl would be if I used a different hair style all together. Which I have considered. EDIT For example the Bobble Girl look could be good: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/8469/?
  16. Glad you're enjoying the mod! I recommend: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/8465/? It does not replace the statue I think, but there is an optional file where he replaces an office plant with a big Vault Girl statue. Another great Vault Girl bobblehead option: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/8469/? I actually meant the life-sized statue in the settlement workshop added by the Vault-Tec DLC. I'm not a 3d modeler so I won't be doing it (but I provided a link to a good alternative). Also I'm changing my mod to be the Vanilla vault girl in the future. So that will no longer be necessary. I know people will be bummed that I'm going to make this change, but this is my decision and honestly it's either this or I'm not working on the mod anymore. I no longer want to work on a mod associated with Shadman. Even though the face and hair of the Vault Girl will be different the content will be almost the same as I originally planned. Also the status screen will still provide other options for face/hair, unzipped vault suit, armor, etc. http://i.imgur.com/IGB8tMR.jpg
  17. The mod has had Def UI support for a while now. I know about the injector/autopatcher and it works well. That's what I've been using actually. Future updates to the mod will have a HUDmenu patch. Yes it is possible. No guarantee on when.
  18. Here you go: https://imgur.com/qIdGCRn Also I am strongly considering changing the Vault girl in my mod. I'm either going to just go with a look similar to the vanilla Vault Girl (which I've already made) or do a different look (which would essentially be a change of hairstyle). I see the benifits of both options. Still making up my mind about it.
  19. You are welcome! Most up to date version that is released is on the front page. I will post about each time I update the mod. Wait a second. Do you say the file on first page is not the latest version (Alpha 1.8 from 8.12. 2016)? Front page has the most up to date released version of the mod.
  20. Progress is being made. I haven't had as much time lately to work on it, but there is progress. Not sure how much of the perks are finished yet but that sounds about right at least. I haven't actually been doing them in order. Also planning two smaller nexus releases. One is going to just be the special and status screen content (which includes all the options, which I've been working on) it will have an option of having special icons like the classic Vault Girl or like the one that'a already in the mod. Also going to release a small mod that is several options for the lovers emsbrace perk animation, nothing too nsfw, similar to the ones I've already released. Everything from these smaller releases will be included as options for the Vault Girl Mod.
  21. Thanks man that means a lot. Glad to hear you've been enjoying the mod. :)
  22. This is already included as an option in the fomod installer. Also I can confirm that the autopatcher for hudframework works. Next update will have a patch for ease of use though. The autopatcher is working for me. I haven't seen any issues so far. It has worked for me too. Next update will include a patch just in case though. :) Thank you! That's very kind of you to say! Removed mods? I think he means people removing their mods due to their unhappiness with the modding community. Largely because people have been uploading other people's mods to other websites like Bethesda.net without permission.

  24. Thanks! I'm glad that you are enjoying the mod. Sadly no ETA on the Perk Tree. I will post about it if/when there is eventually any progress on that. I haven't checked this mod out yet, but it looks really interesting and there is already some interesting stuff for it. The description says that it has an autopatcher to make the hudmenu compatible. I don't think it would change anything for me since this focuses on the hudmenu and I've already finished that. It looks like a mod worth checking out though. So how do I get this mod and the HUDFramework to play nicely together? Mainly I want to know what order to install Vault Girl UI, HUD Framework, and DEF_UI. from my current testing its DEF_UI>Vault Girl UI>HUD Framework(using the injector method listed under optional) although my first encounter of an issue is one of the perks in the perk tree has turned to a white vault boy standard icon without animations might need further testing to see if made an error somewhere looks like the issue i previously encountered is unrelated to HUD Framework but instead with a sorting mod which i didnt catch earlier although the install order as recommended remains This sounds correct. I haven't tried it out yet. I'll post about it when I do. :)
