Ah i found the problem. I deleted HDT but still had an armor that required it. And it was an unrecognized mod so Boss didn't flag it

I've removed my save and reinstalled skyrim and my mods, so the save shouldn't be effecting my CTD. I've just finished cleaning my dirty files likes you suggested but where is the skse ini file?

I have reinstalled skyrim and all my mods to try and fix this, but still my game crashes. I've deleted all my "new" mods to go back to a list of what was stable for me previously but it hasn't helped. Boss isn't coming up with any errors or warnings either so I'm really confused. I moved my save game out of the save folder and left it stock to a skyrim reinstall also. Does anyone have some insight as to why my game is crashing? Is there anyway to use the console to force the steward to give the dialogue?

look to the right and you should see a tower thats where the lever or chain is.

So like the title suggests every time i try to leave the crypt with serana i get a ctd after the loading screen. I've scanned through my mods and nothing that i see should be causing this. Has anyone had a similar problem that can give me a hand?

i've helped everone in the town and i dont get the thane dialogue. pretty sure i have to buy the land before becoming thane so this bug is killing my progress

I'll give it a try, but I was pretty sure i recieved dialogue telling me i could buy the land after i completed the quest connected to the letter

I did the Jarls quest in falkreath so i could buy lakeview manor but the steward won't give me the option to buy it. I've already completed the civil war for the stormcloaks. Anyone have a suggestion?

well i finally got it to work, had to use the "last Hope" method to get it working again. Thanks for the help i really appreciate it :3

Every time i try to enter riften wether it be from a door, or fast travel once the loading screen ends i immediatly CTD. It also happens even when i turn all my mods off with NMMs quick tool. So if anyone has an idea of what could be happening here I would appreciate some help. Heres my boss loadout but I'm pretty sure the problem is unrelated

So I have an interesting little problem, I've researched it and found no one has offered any advice or solution to it previously and in my case it is a little more unique. I've been trying to upgrade enchanted armor but I am unable to. I have maxed out all perks in my smithing tree and even downloaded a mod to allow me to reset the perks and reassign them. Now the weird part is I can use the grind stone and upgrade enchanted weapons, just not armor. Very weird indeed. does anyone have any insight to my problem? I also ran boss and it has no errors showing :/

Just thought I'd mention that someone actually made a mod on the nexus for these swords :D its far from perfect, but its a great start.

I have already tried to convert the oblivion mod before and I failed rather badly.

So dawnbreaker is a pretty sick weapon especially with all the mods for it. But for such a great sword to not have a proper sheath is sort of stupid. I think a matching sheath for dawnbreaker would be a worth while mod and it deserves it instead of that flimsy piece of leather holding it to your back or waist.

For some reason I now cannot use any mod that involving Dragon born or hearthfire ex. unnoficial patch, W.A.T.E.R, SMIM. I've re installed both the mods and the nexus, even went as far as to reinstall all of skyrim but still can't seem to get this to work. when I have any of these mods activated skyrim CTD as the logo.

Yep Geforce experience keeps them up to date for me
