  1. I have an idea. A mod that adds in ALOT of character depth to unique npcs and companions (every single companion). This mod is at its core an approval system and character depth builder which takes inspiration from other rpg games such as dragon age, fallout etc. Unique npcs, I wont state their names but a few would be Ulfric, Delphine etc, and companions would have an approval system, which influences their dialogue with the player. After reaching certain levels of approval (negative or positive) the npc would want to talk to the player giving dialogue scenes. Which could build up on the character, add more character depth. Companions/npc would have a loyalty quest after reaching some parts of the main quest or misc quests and reaching a certain amount of positive approval level. These loyalty quests after completed will give the player a new ability on the skill tree, shout, item that is somewhat related to the specific companion. The loyalty quest will also unlock the ability to romance the companion/npc but will require the player to reach a higher level of positive approval with the companion/npc. The player is given the choice to romance the companion/npc, if the player chooses to do so their will be a romance quest for said companion/quest with even more dialogue. This mod could also be able to be compatible with AFT and have multiple companions, or be a mod that allows multiple companions and allows the companions interact with each other and other npcs for example, the player is talking to vilkas and kodlak about joining the companions and vilkas says that the player shouldnt be accepted or whatever he says, a current companion you have may step in and say watch your tone or something of the likes, or maybe agree, or say something about it. Companions will also be able to talk to other companions while following you, basically just banter between each follower like in dragon age inquisition. These banter between companions will change from time to time, but will also be influenced by what the player has been doing in skyrim. For example if the player has killed alot of dragons with farkas and mjoll, farkas might say something to mjoll about their day fighting dragons etc and mjoll would reply. With the ability to add in more followers it would be able to make certain npcs into companions like AFT such as Karliah and have the same features for them adding more character depth. Companions/npcs will sometimes have something to say after completing a quest of any sort. Then after completing the main questline there will be an ending screen like in the old fallout games, dragon age games, masseffect 3 etc telling what happend after. There will be multiple endings which are influenced by the players actions, character relationships, percent of how much of skyrim the player completed (quest etc). It could have custom art, with a custom voice actor. Then after the ending credits blahblah the player will be left back at the throat of the world to do whatever. This mod will also have dlc support adding in the same features for dlc companions/npc but also adding in more dialogue for vanilla companions with the player during the dlc questline or dlc area and vise versa the dlc companions will have more dialogue about skyrim while traveling with the player in skyrim. The ending after the main vanilla questline could also be affected if the players completes the dlc questline before the main vanilla questline. This is a big mod, and would take a ton of time to do but i say its worth it. It adds in more character depth which skyrim kinda lacks. Which I if i havent said enough times already, character depth is the basic core of this mod. I believe this mod would be fantastic, and could be a great addition to the mods like Bruma, making add-ons and patches for Bruma like mods to have Companion/npc interaction in those expansion mods. This idea should not be overlooked, and will need more refining. But it will be worth it:)
  2. Why isnt there a mod that adds in alot of character depth instead of RDO and RDO adds in little to none.
