  1. I have never felt this satisfied while building a settlement... I feel so achieved ffs only this main sector left , and soon I'll move to the last sub sector and soon...I'll move to actually decorating the place and probably soon....I'll share the blueprints. Ok that sounds like a lot of work , my satisfaction is gone lmao
  2. I doubt china has FEV , so we can assume there won't be any super mutants or deathclaws. China was a highly populated communist empire who also happen to be extremely racist and extremely dependent on tradition , this how I assume it'll be: 80% of the surviving population would be feral ghoulsabout 15% of the surviving population would be normal ghouls who are at war (due to tradition issues) with the other 5% of the surviving populationabout 5% of the surviving population would be descendants of the Chinese military , their decent technology allowed them to develop a mini civilization of steampunk themed cyborgs and their plan is to eradicate all ghouls in their land. (almost same ideology as the Enclave) , they'll have really sophisticated stealth cyborgs.Most of the landscape would be dead and I assume big parts of china would be underwater by now (probability of an underwater base for this military faction)the livestock would be rare and the few living ones would be mutated like the ones in US , the cyborgs would most likely protect this live stock for "tradition" which forces the surviving ghouls to turn to cannibalism.There would also be 2 ghoul factions , the majority (the normal people who turned to ghouls) and the minority (the monk ghouls) who believe this was a gift from the Divines (almost like the children of atom but less extreme) and they try to live in peace while also working on recruiting more ghouls and convincing them to appreciate their gift and work on growing a life of their own by breeding heir own live stock and straying away from cannibalism. -> this'll be the "good" faction and they'll also be facing the threat of being eradicated by the military but they are safe for now since they're hiding in their secret temple.

I remember MxR has reviewed cosmetic mods that improve the looks of companions before.

Request : Turn the human Brian Virgil to a unique settler that u can send to any of ur commonwealth settlement Reason : 1)After siding with the institute and curing Virgil's disease I expected he'd ask me to help him find a new home or to bring him back to the institute to be with his colleagues and friends. But nooooo, he just says thank you and continues on living inside a cave with a rusty robot. 2) It's Immersive : A Human cannot live in the glowing sea.You are the director of the institute , Virgil has no reason to hide from courses (I brought X6 with me and he liked it when I helped Virgil)Virgil still wants to carry on with being a scientist and he can't do that in a dirty cave , he needs shelter and proper toolswhere? where does he get his nutrients from? it's not like he can hunt deathclaws or put a bucket to collect irradiated rainEven though Virgil can not go back to the institute (because everyone thinks he's dead) , he can still work for u as long as the Division heads think of him as a new scientist (after all he is now more muscular and has hair) no one could tell xD3) I want to put him in charge of the bioscience branch that I built in vault 88. 4) Named settler that never complains about food or beds or ghouls!

  8. A : Yes , the game can still run "smoothly" with 167 mods B : I doubt that list of esps makes up 167 mods. Anyway , I'm running 150 mods atm and I rarely get ctd , about once after 4hours of constant playing. I can't tell which mod is causing the ctd but if it's a mod conflict u could try finding it out by yourself while fixing your load order , here's what I usually do : - Run a new game with no mods installed - play until I pick up the pip boy (before I enter the elevator) - Do a solid save then exit to deskton (If playing on survival mode , exit , enable fallout 4 unofficial patch then enable survival quick save , log in again , save the game , then exit to desktop) - enable fallout 4 unofficial patch - enable all mods that overhaul the visuals/sound effects - run the game again , if It runs nicely , do another solid save and exit to desktop again - enable all retexture related mods , eg: Optimized vanilla textures/ companion overhauls/synth overhauls/raider overhauls etc.. - run the game again , if it runs nicely do another solid save and exit to desktop again , if it doesn't , exit without saving and uninstall all of ur recently installed mods , then install them 1 by 1 (install a mod/open game/install a mod/opengame etc..) This is a personal preference but I like to organize my mods this way : 1) unofficial patch 2) sound overhauls 3) visual overhauls 4) Hud overhauls 4) weapon and armor overhauls 5) AI/combat overhauls (such as deadlier deathclaws or Customize Legendary enemy spawning) 6) custom items/npcs (such as new clothes mods) 7) settlement related mods
  9. It seems like the game is forcing u to side with the institute lol. Jokes aside , to get shaun try using the following console commands: prid 000570c3 (hit enter) disable (hit enter) enable (hit enter) moveto player (hit enter) Also , are you using fallout 4 unofficial patch? I'm sure it fixes most main quest related bugs, I have tried all endings using this patch and only experienced 1 vanilla bug at the minutemen ending where after I talk to Desdemona but u won't be able to interact with her.
  10. None of these mods affect settler count as far as I know 12 charisma+ the occasional charisma drugs/alcohol will get u up to 35 settlers without any mods. There are also random encounters in which u can recruit even more settlers who ignore the settler cap. Robots built using the automatron dlc also count as settlers and they also ignore the settler cap.
  11. how "long" was 'long time ago'? because if u are trying use let's say 1 year old saves you will most likely need to start a new game , most mods require the latest version of the game for one reason or another , if u are using mods to play the game today and then u suddenly decide to load a save from 6 months ago for example , the mods you're using might not function well with such save and will consequently corrupt it or cause a ctd
  12. this is probably not a mod suggestion , but why not use the shop stalls that come with vault tec workshop? they are really clean , u can then decorate them however u like using place everywhere and any decoration mod in nexus. This might be a personal preference but when it comes to my non raider settlements I use the vault vendor shop for food traders because of the animation provided and the actual bar it gives and the homemaker rugs for everything else because the clipboard animation makes sense for every other occupation as I don't like my doctor/blacksmith to be sitting behind a stall , I instead place the rug near a med bay or monitor or a chemistry lab etc.. -----EDIT----- The only animation mod I'm using is Housekeeping http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12332/? The reason behind this is because I don't like having unproductive settlers working around , the stations this mod provides make sense as they function as scavenging stations (they contribute in settlement happiness/ressources) Also , some of the vanilla furniture comes with animation such as ; -the diner tables of vault tec workshop (settlers will sit and eat meat off a plate or write on their clipboards) -The actual bar counter (settlers will stand nearby and eat noodles) -most of the chairs (settlers will either sit and do nothing or sit and drink an empty glass of air) -The nuka cola mixer from vault tec workshop (settlers will stand nearby and drink nuka cola and will also comment on how much they like said drink) -The nuka cola mixer from nuka world dlc (settlers will occasionally walk there and use it) - the drug fridge from nuka world dlc (settlers will stand nearby and use jet)
  13. well , this mod should prove interesting lol despite the fact I'd not mind trying it , it'll be really lore breaking. The FEV basically turns all humans to these "asexual" masculine supermutants. a nude supermutant would have almost no visible genitalia. (imagine a female living on testosterone and protein pills/powder for her entire life , pretty much that..)

  15. Gage Best companion to romance , why? because even after you romance him he doesn't get too soft like other companions and do a 180° character switch. Also , fix his nose , give him a better hair cut , let him grow his beard and he's a treasure. He also has an amazing perk and "refreshing" comments about various locations and actions around the commonwealth

I have almost no knowledge on how to use outfit studio , but I did try it. the thing is , when I open the armor in outfit studio there is no visible clipping on the default vanilla body , which forces me to blindly guess how much I need to "puff up" a specific location for the armor to look good. well... that didn't end up well from my side lol.

This might be the answer to your question Lore : As the neutral gen 3+1 synth institute leader , I am not allowed to interfere in the plans of the institute by reshaping the surface ie : helping people/building better lives over ground/ interfering in "their daily lives". So the only option I have is to just watch and have fun in this dying wasteland , the raiders liked that , so they made me their leader, together we'll consume the commonwealth's last breath while securing humanity's future underground. (this includes expanding the institute to vault 88 and mechanist lair) PS : Also , I can't say no to the : op operators and pack perks , the crafting recipes , all those building materials , raider radio , a nuka world that is not an empty desert , and the best romanceable male companion in the entire game >>Gage
  19. I have also started experiencing this bug while playing on survival mod and the only way to leave the gam isby opening task manager.. I'd like to point out that 1- I'm never hungry 2- I'm never thirsty 3- I'm never sick 4- I'm never tired (because I always make sure to sleep while I fast travel to the institute and always walk around packed with food and antibiotics) Also , this this is really strange but I've been playing on survival mode for almost 100 hours now and only today did I start experiencing this (at level 92) It's also today that I decided to play the already installed automatron dlc..so maybe it has something to do with this issue? I've played nuka world at lvl 80 and I didn't experience any issue (in case other people suspect it's dlc related problem)

I'm testing it out right now Look how excited I felt when I saw this and then I saw this lol It's like nothing slooty works with EVB lmao (other than the freebooter mod which Gage is using) EDIT__________ I'm no longer looking for sleeveless jackets (although it would be a mod that I would definitely try if it exists) reason : I found "our" final look using Custom combat armor mod/ tomb rider accessories/ The freebooter / forsaken institute assassin mods)
  21. This mod both adds patrols of your chosen faction to roam around nuka town USA and removes the slave collars from the traders. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/18220/? You just need to run it , leave nuka world , sleep for few days then go back to nuka world and everything should be fine. PS , if your traders become naked , max out ur theft perk to steal clothes from their inventory , steal them all , then leave nuka world again , sleep for few days and they should have their clothes on again. or just click on the npc (type 'openactorcontainer 1' ) and edit their clothes like you would do to any follower.
  22. Thanks! The pants in the last picture I posted turned out to be from Eli's Sleeveless Outfits at her junkyard. Too bad this mod isn't supported anymore as it seems like it doesn't work well with EVB (it gives me this visible neck gab and washes out my chest) in terms of NSFW mods (I know this isn't lover's lab , I'm not looking for something extreme lol) but I found out that u can use the boots that comes with UNI cross BoS uiform and wear them with with the leather gloves that come wth AE and the combat belt and bow tie necklace that comes with this wonderful mod that I have recently found I am now using to show off "my body" lol http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/19563/? if only I find a sleeveless open vest mod to use with my Freebooter pants , I doubt such mod exists yet , Even Jackets and coats of the commonwealth doesn't offer such option yet. I am currently using it , it is an excellent mod , if u can ignore some of the clipping issues around the *cough*armpits*

I second this! how can I roleplay as an institute leader if preston is forcing me to be a stupid general. it's not just the quests that are annoying , it's their entire presence and the fact that npcs start acknowledging the existence of the minutemen... I wish I could just kill them the moment I meet them at concord. Or maybe an option that makes preston stfu after u say 'NO , I don't want to be a general' instead of just insisting over and over and over

Because I want my male PC to look hot/slooty I have looked all over nexus for all sorts of pants I only found 3 mods which pretty much add the same type of leather pants/jeans Don't get me wrong these mods are excellent , I am already using them http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/20299/? http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/22928/? http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/20754/? My PC and some other ingame npcs , currently using these mods to show off their wonderful EVB body But I still didn't really find what I'm looking for. I wish someone could make a variety of "tactical pants" (black/white/camo etc..) and a variety of sleeveless bomber jackets/sleeveless maxson battle coat jackets to go along with it , it would be really appreciated PS , I found this picture on an ENB mod page but since I never tried said mod I didn't think it was right to jump in and ask about the mods he used for his screenshots , if any one knows if the mod that gives these wonderful pants exists please let me know
