  1. I really like your ideas. It has so much potential, imo. But you also got me thinking about this. Here is what i would suggest: - After doing favours for your preferred daedra, you become more and more known/feared in Skyrim. The more you work for the interests of <insert your favourite daedra here>, the sooner the vigilants of Stendarr will pay attention and start chasing you. They will build up ambushes and try to stop you no matter where you go, they send special trained and prepared soldiers blessed by Stendarr himself, and might even ask Skyrims jarls for help. If you want to go on with your journey, you will have to permanently fight your way through. But you won't be able to do it all alone. You need to find people, that are willing to help you on your mission. Search for daedric occultists, manhunters, or other mercenaries, sometimes you can ask <insert your favourite daedra here> to provide units, so you can strike back your foes at the spots, where they hide. Every now and then you have to fight the vigilants camps, to reduce their attacks to a minimum, or else they will visit you more often and the batlles get harder and harder. Anyway, whatever you do, your fight will never stop them completely. They will always recieve new reinforcements, and come for you again. You will stay their enemy, as long as you serve the daedra. But how can you leave their service? There are special clerics of Stendarr, that you can talk to. In exchange for a proof, that you really want to get cured of the curse of daedra (get the amulet of Stendarr, for example), they will give you the option to free your poisoned mind. - Thats about it. Its of course improvable. I hope you like my ideas. :)
  2. I like the idea of changing every armor with a more realistic version. What you have done so far looks very promising. I found a mod on the nexus, that got some really awesome medievalish armors. Maybe there is something useful for you in it (scroll a bit down in the mod description, then you will see a picture with the armors): http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/17084 Keep it up!
  3. Requiem - The Oldschool Roleplaying Overhaul by Xarrian. ;)
  4. I would prefer it as lore friendly as informations make it possible. What i can see on your the screenshots are rather LotR dwarfs than Elder Scrolls dwemer. They belong to the family of elves and they dont look much different compared to dunmer (except for their beards and size). If you think that this is boring, then its okay. But thats the way they are in the Elder Scrolls lore. Well, what you do in the end, is your affair anyway. ;) Just my 2 cents.
  5. You should add another option to the poll: - Don't make them short!
  6. In short: you are using a pirated version of Skyrim. Its not insane, its simply stupid asking for help in a community, where you wont get support to mod your pirated version but a ban rightly. :pirate:
  7. I like the ideas behind your mod. But theres one thing i would like to suggest: If you are going to add more NPC's, quests, etc., then please offer a version that do not add them. I am playing a non-english version and i dont really like to have a mix of different languages in my game, especially when it comes to quests. It simply breaks the atmosphere. Its okay, if a few weapons or perks are in englisht as long as quests, enemies and NPC's stay in my main language. Or: Find people that are willing to translate in different languages. This would be even better, imo.
  8. +1 This would make the game more realistic, immersive and much more fun. But sounds like a lot of work, because if i understand it right, then every single armor mod out there would have to be made compatible with it. Anyways, nothing is impossible and im looking forward to its release.
  9. This sounds really exciting. I love the Game of Thrones series ! There are already a few mods out there, that add nearly everything in the world of Skyrim a fanatic GoT fan would want to see, except for Westeros itself. Im sure you will find somebody that is suitable and im looking forward to your mod. =]
  10. I finally could find a solution for this weird problem and i want to share it with you, since it was pretty hard to find it out for me. But surprisingly it has nothing to do with mods. I am using a GTX 590, which is two GTX 580 in one card. The GTX 590's normal mode is SLI mode (since it is a duo 580) and the FPS in Skyrim just shoots its way up all over 150+ FPS, even more without mods installed. But the problem is, the game itself cant handle SLI mode FPS higher than 60, so it results in monsters shaking, stuttering and flying side to side, up and down. The same happens with the player character while entering special spots. Water textures begin to flicker like crazy as well. Etc.. The solution to this is simple but logic. The single graphic card mode will make the game run fluently, without problems. But if you also have graphic cards in SLI mode and dont want to play Skyrim with just one, then follow these stepts: - Open SkyrimPrefs.ini (for Windows 7 Users you can find it through clicking on the Start button then open Documents\My Games\Skyrim. If you dont find it this way, then it can normally be found in C:\Users\[Your Username]\Documents\My Games\Skyrim) - Add the line iPresentInterval=1 under [Display] - (If this line already excists, but looks like this: iPresentInterval=0, then change the 0 to a 1, so it looks like this: iPresentInterval=1) - Done This line activates the game's V-Sync. If you dont do this, then the game freaks out, when it goes over 60 FPS. Simple as that. I hope this helps all you guys having trouble with this annoying problems. ;)
  11. Hello Nexus community. I got a really annoying problem with my modded game. As the description says, Monsters (all animals) shake insanely fast, often fly around a few meters over the ground, suddenly jump up in the air and come down again. This is not happening to humanoids. Instead humanoids happen to spawn like puppets. They float over the ground like an hovercraft while not moving an arm or a leg, and also cant attack. And my PC is sometimes shaking too. It often happens at axe-traps or going through different doors. It stutters and shakes. Outdoors he sometimes swims in the air (?). I just made a fresh install of my Skyrim game and dont use many mods. The only thing i did (but i am not sure if this can cause these problems) is, that i use armor meshes and textures folders (they contain armor meshes and textures only from different mods from old game installations) to make them override the vanilla armors. Can it be caused by these armors? This really sucks, since i use a internet surfstick and i cannot install and update my game too often, because of a download limit that my surfstick has. Here is a list of my current mods installed (load order is the same): Skyrim.esm Update.esm Imp's More Complex Needs.esm ClimatesOfTamriel.esm ApachiiHair.esm Riverhelm.esm Chesko_Frostfall.esm ClimatesOfTamriel-Dungeons&Interiors.esp Occupy Skyrim.esp Cloaks - No Imperial.esp 1nivWICCloaks.esp Northborn Fur Hoods.esp BecomeKingOfRiverHelm.esp FasterArrows50.esp VendorsHaveMoreMoney.esp RealisticRunningSpeed.esp IMCN - Overrides.esp dovahkiinrelax.esp Duel - Combat Realism.esp The Dance of Death.esp SkyRe_Main.esp SkyRe_StandingStones.esp ApachiiHairStyles.esp TheEyesOfBeauty-esp SkyRe_Races.esp Timescale5.esp ASIS-Dependency.esp GoTSkyrimConversion.esp (Game of Thrones replacers: It changes City names, some NPC names, some NPC appearences and Armor appearences from guards, imperials, stormcloaks, and a few others ) HammerfellBandits.esp I also tried to deactivate them all and started a new game, with same results. The problems with stuttering is even in the beginning. In the scene, when you sit in the carriage, it sometimes jumps around side to side its really crazy. But i found out, that when i start the game with SKSE, the carriage jumping at the start is much more compared to a game start with the standard Skyrim launcher, but in the later game there is no difference. Other animals still stutter, and fly around, which really breaks the game for me. Please, help me :(
  12. Sorry for Offtopic, but i cant see the insult when somebody says his opinion about modders by calling them perverted and the like? This is not even approximately an insult. Its like calling someone to be crazy, it can also be understood in two ways but never really is an insult. Freedom of opinion isnt supported on this sites it seems (and i am not talking of freedom of insulting.. ). Dont understand me wrong, i really like the Nexus sites and i was thinking of supporting you guys. But i wont support anything, if i always have to be over-cautious with what i am saying. What happened to the guy above me might happen to me as well, and i wouldnt like to get banned after i supported you just for saying my opinion direclty instead of beautifying it like i do when i talk to my little sister. So when harmless talking is set apart from real insults, then i will think about it again.
  13. I would love to see this ingame and in general i think there is too few samurai stuff in Skyrim. I am kind of disappointend that the blades equipment is the only real samurai looking gear ingame and it seems that it doesnt fit right in the world since everyone else runs around with western-style armors and weapons. In short: I like ! Pease make! :)
  14. I found a mod where every warpaint is enabled of every race an all races, but i cant find it right now. But your right, i also did not see any mod that adds more variants of facial hair. I would also love to see such a mod with some more "hairy" versions of vanilla ones and maybe stylish looking modern day beards.
  15. I would also like to see some more facial hairs for Skyrim. +1 for that !
