I've registered to post my fix here. Well, it's much more of a work-around than a fix- but you may find it helpful nonetheless. It couldn't be more simple, disable AA (anti-aliasing). Through the Skyrim options, through your video card drivers, whatever. Just turn it off (this includes FXAA, not just MSAA). The game looks far less impressive than it should, but I've yet to crash since I disabled this option.
