I've been having the same problem for sometime now.. can't delete or deactivate some mods. Everything worked smoothly for me until they had all the server problems. Also can't find a file called "lockedorder.txt".. search turned up nothing & I checked every "profile" file on my cpu. I can activate new downloads, but that's it! File access & permission chgs do nothing. Don't have the time to download all my mods to a new directory & start over.

LOL..took the opportunity to sign up for lifetime membership...don't want you guys to disappear on us gamers!
