You can walk with a controller using the stick but I'd like to know if you could emulate this feature using your keyboard somehow. I've tried to do this with JoyToKey but without success.

Or can you play it without using this feature at all?

1080 all the way buddy. I've got one and happy with it. If you can effort it buy 2 of them.

99% on mods will be always for females unfortunately. Those dirty with scar Skins i saw It would be so nice to have something like this for males. And generally like more hairstyles, beards etc.
