I am doing the quest involving the Diamond Claw but cannot seem to find it anywhere, i searched the daugr overlord guarding the gate but he only has an ebony war axe everytime. I even saved it before fighting him thinking it may appear if i reload it but no, nothing. Plus i am stuck here and cannot leave, luckily i have saves on dragonreach before i talk to the dragon so can step back a save. Only thing is how can i complete the quest without the claw, really sucks, i have around 4 quests that are screwed up, any one have any ideas how to fix it? please. Have searched around and they all say the overlord should have the claw.

Thanks thought it was just my Smithing that was busted, not to worry, i have a fairly decent set of armour at 299 rating, just wish i could get better weapons, best sword i have is only 41 damage and i cannot seem to smith it higher (Chillend blade). Pretty sure Lydia keeps nicking my gear when im not home in Breezehome :)

Hi all, Been playing Skyrim now for what seems like forever, but have some issues with the smithing leveling, i can build dozens of bracers or armours and it only levels up a tiny bit, when i first started smithing it only took a couple of items to level. Is it a bug or does it really take forever, i am after the dragon armour but need to be level 100. Also certain quests are messed up, like taking the winterhold prison quest, the prisoners never leave the cells, even after i used the key. Is there a way to fix these issues or must i wait for a patch or something. Thanks.
