I'm another same here but, I think I have some extra bad news; Task manager ending the game or otherwise forcing it to close (with restarts/shutdowns) SEEM to damage the game, making more bugs appear and drop framerate, worsening each time you have to force close. Hoping this is not the case, as you'll just have to save then task manager anytime you want to quit. Otherwise... we may all be F#$ed

(Well first off I know I have to address my possible bad rep on here. So very quickly... I seriously take nothing back (and nothing was a "joke" as I've bizarrely seen people say), I think everything I said was true *FOR THE TIME* that I posted. Things have changed for WAY better, none of my problems apply nowadays, and I have almost no problems... except with the Fusion City Rising creator- *Gets gunned by Super Mutant-like fan mobs.* P.S. It would be entirely Muda- I mean pointless to focus on any of that ^ in replying to this post. Done, over with and even I don't care to look back at the other post for anything at all.) Anyway on with the request; Something that seems very bizarre to me but probably has obvious reason to modders: Is why are there no Mods that add another row of perks to level up into, on the Special chart? Even adding new levels to existing perks, seem to be rare and extremely minor. And by another row I mean first letting you level up your Special stats to 11 and having another row at the bottom requiring level 11 Special of the stat column they are in. Probably would be op when some of the row 10 or even lower ones act like ultimates from Moba, like Nerd Rage. (Which by the way seems really out of place if you put aside the blatant Hulk reference. Even just switching the Strength 10 perk with Nerd Rage makes more sense since you need a lot of Science to upgrade your Power Armo(u)r anyway That's the Special that most Power Armor builds focus on.) Anyway basically, requesting more perks to level up into, either a whole new Perk Chart Row, or WAY more levels to any of the existing perks(preferably not just more stats of the last level's effect). And no not talking about the Perks and Traits you can just add to your character with a holotape. Would also love explanations from any modders, why no 11 level perk row can be even attempted. Is it really is as impossible as it seems to be with coding blocks/stability or Fallout 4's limits, ect. Thank you for reading, giving any help/explanation or any interest to do this request.

Haha so many people didn't even heed the warning, or think this is a demand when I never even mentioned the word before, and posted this in requests, it isn't even in either anymore. XD Now, I just ask for some more, constructive, respectful, discussion (>Mod talk<), I already warned beforehand, and afterword admitted, and apologized, about the things from me that weren't so. Montky and the Staff Member did such afterall. Having an actual modder take up these ideas would be an amazing outcome, not an expectation.

:/ pretty rash assumptions and conclusions that I've already explained are not at all the case. Like I already said,for instance never demanded anything, this was previously in >requests<. Although you missed alot of my post if you think this is all about anime, I just thought there would be parodies of many things, I mentioned movies like Aliens (the black iconic ones), Terminator or other games like a tower defense. Already pointed out how those things could fit, and don't really need to if talking *non* lore friendly, all just for fun and there are mods specifically for immersion if that's the problem. Copyright should not really be a problem these are just mods, and parodies, no more so to copyright then a YouTube video protected by Fair Use, and we don't even have a crisis like they do over that, over here. And I get how hard it is to mod, especially to the in depth extent I asked, stated before I've tried to mod myself in other games and could never get a fully working or finished one. Feel that something's really wrong that someone can get banned for a mod only because it's a parody/based on incensed material, when that should have no effects, Bethesda or even Nintendo wouldn't care about a pokemon mod in fallout, already a thing on countless other games. Also mentioned how there (seemed to me) to be a lack of game changing mods and dlc like quests and in the end of those bosses different from ingame enemies, this was never just about parodies or possibly (though shouldn't at all be again) copyright sketchy mods, we're not supposed to be making a profit off this anyway, just endorsements afterall. Haha seems I'm going into an out of order ramble again, over things that were already covered or frankly obvious like again, this not being just about anime or parodies to begin with. Getting a modder's attention was the original purpose, but not any more and never the only one, would be great if someone were to make something inspired by this, crazy, line crossing rant, just a bonus, not a expectation from some self all mighty guy XD

Maybe I disagreed with you, yes, but also yes, I wanted a discussion, but not mean-spirited and nasty arguement, I already made that mistake I admit. Not at all, already admitted my mistakes and apologized for many things, even before any reply in the original comment. By now you can probably imagine I won't take your word for anything else being wrong. Hm thanks, going to have to disregard qwertyzelder, just the sear fact that he's one of those people who think you have to make something yourself in order to judge it, makes his points invalid. Course a lot of his points are invalid on their own don't get me wrong and steps over more lines then me. :/ but with the exception of the Tower Defense mod, thank you for that, not joking. However DaddyDirection, I never demanded, I acknowledged this was a request and harsh rant in the beginning/warning, I just thought these would be obvious things that people would want to see in the game and make themselves, the whole reason I'm making this and NOT trying to do it myself, because well simply not wanting to, tried modding in other games a few times and never finished or got one in working order. If I tried now in fallout 4, it would probably look like something out of steam greenlight I gladly admit. But definitely does not at all mean I can't complain, critique and request. After all Requesting is for non moders to ask of, not demand or order, good modders that do it for fun, not as a job of course, I know that. I Oh but, on a side note I don't recall copyright ever stopping mods before, unless you're Nintendo these days but in seriousness we already have things that go over copyrights like Dragon Ball art, Terminator skins and weapons, and many other things. and if it really came down to legal problems, I think we could plead fair use for many of these mods but regardless. Warning: harsh rant/request which may offend...not like racist, but does attack mods and Fallout 4's modding lineup as a whole, even naming or referencing specific ones. This IS NOT my main intention or point, this is all falls under requests. How many years has F4 been out? yes obviously Nexus has been here much longer, ALL THE MORE REASON THERE SHOULD BE ALMOST ANYTHING I CAN THINK OF...forget coloring weapons-...although again I thought full weapon skins would have been made within the first month of this game's release (or modding stages), but quite seriously, Civilization 5s modding makes a joke out of this, and that is actually on the steam workshop (that's a step above Bethesda's weird separate thing), and didn't need a separate online website dedicated to modding many games... Sigh sorry I'm just...astonished, no mods that try to simulate Dragon Ball or any anime, just cosmetic bs or stuff you could do in game without the mod, nothing at all on Touhou despite oh I don't know A CHARACTER THAT IS ALL ABOUT NUCLEAR RADATION AND FALLOUT (Look up Utsuho), I mean the closest and seemingly only thing we have to a outside character all about radiation/nuclear/fallout/ect is Godzilla...pretty damn good, nothing wrong with it but... anything else?- I'd expect like 10-100 TIMES things like that, maybe nuclear man just as a joke? And I'm talking both lore friendly and non-lore friendly, nobody going all out with what they like out there and trying to see how it would be in Fallout 4, maybe flying though the air shooting ki blasts, or having to dodge, tank or making yourself a Bullet hell, or a tower defense (quest?) mod, maybe bosses that are different from ingame enemies, like ya Godzilla again- that's it!? ALIENS ANYONE?...NO you know what alien I'm talking about, the black one with the mouthed tongue that everyone knows! Maybe have one hunt you though a vault like Alien Isolation, that would be fun in Fallout 4 and easy to make lore friendly with a in-game like or original creature, right? or Terminator? oh more reskins, *rabidly claps* good for you little one "Sold. Kid, I found you a new home (for 200 caps)"... sigh again sorry I AM being harsh and disrespectful...but not unfair to you guys as a whole I have to say. Most endorsed is CBBE...? I mean it deserves most of that but...is that saying making the NPC and PC characters models look amazing...is the best thing we got? nothing game changing, or revolutionary, just a texture mod that uses nudes as it's samples and mod list picture? Ya maybe it's more than that, but...can't argue that all it is, is a cosmetic, seems like all our top endorsed or downloaded are just cosmetics or menu patches i guess. That's like trying to say PC or any console "is the BEST PERIOD because of it's graphics...only", really. I probably missed one example of what I am talking about, if so they are impossible to find on my own after over a week, please do show me.

Yes, I noticed some weapons randomly have different colors like the sniper rifle but you can't change or apply those yourself. And of course the Power armor has paints but they are sadly just (faction) themeing, not (bright and noticeable) wide veraitry coloring, course I just want to focus on Weapons for now. Applying them in the Weapon Work Bench is the idea, and being able to color different parts of the weapon, different colors, although that's more of an ambitious extra, just being able to apply any color to a weapon overall would be satisfying.

Somewhat new to using mods(from nexus) , but one thing I am VERY surprised is not a mod, is adding custom colors to your weapons, or skins as most FPS call them. The most I could find was the Magnum/Alien Blaster/Gold Mini Gun mod...that's it? I guess I can sortive see why this would be hard, but should have been one of the first things people wanted to make I would think. Although fitting, the rusted weapons like the pipe guns can be ugly, and everyone has their own taste. Can some one please make a weapon color skin mod, with at least all the generic colors you would expect (though I would personally like Dark Purple too). Maybe even the ability to apply a different color to each weapon modification like the scopes or muzzle. Probably am asking for something that would take a while to make and implement (May even cause a problem with animations if we are really unlucky). But again, seems like something you would have thought would be in any FPS these days, absolutely ones that let you edit your guns in the first place.
