Did you try disabling the mods that you installed?

I noticed that my followers were carrying several hundred torches in their inventory. I removed them and after playing for a few hours, more torches. Anyone run into a similar situation? The only mods that changed/added before this started happening are: Amazing follower tweaks (replaced UFO) Lootification I know that with Amazing Follower Tweaks, my followers will wander around an area doing their own thing like chopping firewood. Are they actually making their own torches?

How do you add new animations that aren't replacers?

Well, you're asking for things that will take someone months of work to create (or even longer). If you outline your ideas in much more detail and plan how they could be created, you might be able to recruit some people to work with you.

Do you have a lot of hi res texture mods installed? They'll cause more crashes than the mods that you list if your video cards overloaded.

I feel you. I have a 290x with 4gb of vram and still have to limit my texture mods. Vivid landscapes + amidianborn textures crashes my game pretty frequently. Lower res versions of those textures work well and they still look pretty good with an enb. I would also use the lower res versions of TreesHD, 83willows, and moss rocks textures. I use almost all the mods that you list, and without the texture mods the game runs beautifully. Once I go nuts with hd textures... the game starts crashing.

Even the 780 ti won't be able to handle all those high res texture mods without some crashes. I would disable some and see if that makes your game more stable.

Do you have a lot of high res textures installed?

I would try your mods without high res textures first, if you have them installed. Too many of them can make tracking down mod problems very difficult.
