    Mod organizer keeps separate copies of the ini files that are tied to profiles. You'll need to edit the ini files in mod organizer. It's under one of the icons at the top...I think the menu item was called 'ini editor.'

    Try changing the weight of your character. That usually fixes it.

    Are you running enboost and skyrim memory manager? If not, those will help with ctds. I would also recommend running LOOT instead of BOSS.

    Are you running enboost? I've read that Warzones can cause stability issues.

    If you changed your skyrim ini files, try reverting to the factory defaults (make backups of your current ini files first). Also, run LOOT if you haven't. I don't think your issues are memory related. It looks like a compatibility issue.

    The gtx 260 only has 896mb of vram. Im sure the high res texture mods are causing your crashes.

    Did you change the ini file through MO? MO keeps copies of the ini files with each profile.

    Unfortunately, NMM replaces the files. I would recommend Mod Organizer if you don't want mods messing with your files. As for the missing files, I think you can verify the game through steam to have it download the missing game files.

    Turn off all texture mods and see if you still get crashes.

    the low fps sounds about right for your video card and the mods. Did you try the performance version?

    Fix what? What's the issue?

    Looks good, but seems a bit too planned out to be a village. Lots of walls and partitions...doesn't seem like the village grew organically and instead planned out by an architect. The smelter on the wooden floor would probably cause the village to burn down.
