You don't have to use MO2. You can use Vortex, just skip Step 2 of STEP. However, if you just want to install the unofficial patch all you have to do is go to the download page and click the "Vortex" button. In Vortex you install the mod in the mods tab, and enable it in the plugins tab. Loot is also built into Vortex, so you don't need to worry about that. Now you are ready to play.

So you're comparing what someone might do, with what someone has actually done? That's not how this works.... He doesn't have much of a track record, yet..... so, I will withhold judgement until such time as he does. However, if he actually DOES what he SAYS, (which is something he promised to do) then I will stand by my statement.
