Taking guns from people like Perraine and HeyYou wouldn't stop a single motivated shooter but it would make all of america as unsafe as chicago and new york etc which are already gun banned cities

If you're just making an armor model I don't think you'll need creation kit for anything, slap the pieces together in outfit studio and save

Have you tried making a first person model that has only arms, otherwise they tend to do that

I think outlawer's pack in gunetwork has a few titanfall armors you could check if it's there

I've converted fbx to nif by exporting it as obj from blender and then import it to outfit studio and then it saves as nif

Are you making real saves? When I used only quick saves in new vegas years ago I crashed all the time

There's tons of actual assault rifles on this site so probably that's why

For me alt tabbing out and back in usually fixes the stalled loading

You could look at the material file and fiddle around with the check boxes or remove cubemaps if there are any, but I think hair always looks like that in some lights

That's definitely alot of bodies but why do you think gun control would stop that? There's no gun rights in europe and still there has been several shooters aswell

You can edit armor models pretty easily in outfit studio, changing the basic shape doesn't take more than few minutes

I've noticed that when I cripple their arms they stop shooting and start running at me, don't know if they'd melee because they never get that close. I have a crippled limbs mod though and I don't know if it works like your live dismemberment
