Ok, well, with the help of this thread, I got the mod working. It seems that the Sprintcost value has no affect on how much stamina is used when sprinting, as I put this value to 0.1 with no affect.

Ok, well, thanks to the tutorial on modding rpg_param, the mod works.... It looks like the item I was changing, Sprintcost, has no affect on stamina when sprinting.

I am trying to change some values in the rpg_param file, and I just cant get it to work. I have made a pak file, with the edited rpg_param.xml file, added a 0 byte rpg_param.tbl file. These files are in the path Libs/Tables/rpg. The pak gets opened, but doesn't seem to have any affect. halp!

Yeah, I saw that, but I generally try to avoid running executables that can't be verified/trusted.

Yes, change the herb picking. Get the save mod, so you can save at will, get the armor durability mod, get the Neon-red-Arrow-feathers...

Hi All, hoping to get some help modifying the Run Stamina drain. The changes in the mod "Easier Combat Lower Stamina cost" mod don't seem to work, and this mod makes changes to the xml table in rpg/rpg_params.xml The mod gets loaded, yet, nothing seems to change. Ok, try a different tactic.... I open the Tables.pak archive, navigates to the rpg/rpg_param.xml file, edited, it to change the line with SrintCost, saved the edit, said ok to modify the archive, reloaded the game.....and no change. What am I doing wrong?

Hi All, hoping to get help from KCD modding guru's. I am trying to get simple Stamina changes, to make multiple opponent les of a gank-fest, and to make running have less stamina impact. Im trying to get the changes implemented in "Easier Combat Lower Stamina cost and Faster Regenerate", https://www.nexusmods.com/kingdomcomedeliverance/mods/49 working, to no avail. This mod seems to load but doesn't seem to actually do anything. Ok, so i then tried making changes directly to the Tables.pak file in /Data and changed the RPG/rpg_param.xml table, to modify the line: <row rpg_param_key="SprintCost" rpg_param_value="0.5" /> to make the sprinting cost lower. Start the game, Tables.pak is loaded, yet there is no change to running. What am I doing wrong?
