  1. I will happily accept any creature companion or follower mod for Oblivion. It would have a simple follow and wait command, a recall spell in case it got stuck or you left it somewhere, a custom name, size and stats. It can be a passive pet or a aggressive fighter. It can heal over time and have various spells such as fireball, invisibility, summon and others that are already in the game. It has to be a creature either already in the main game or DLCs, or creatures and animals made by other people as long as it's okay with them or I can get permission. I have advanced (but not expert) knowledge of the CS and basic knowledge of nifskope so making a whole new creature is mainly out of the question. It won't require CM partners and will relatively be bug free. So please feel free to give me your creature requests! Most will be done within the day or up to two days.
  2. Well I did translate the readme and it said " Everyone is free to use this mod the way you want, as long as we mentioned to us, along with the / Additional authors put on thanks. " but since it evolves the maker of the Akatosh mounts I don't want to upset anyone. (Google translate isn't perfect. ) I hope it will help, though I am worried since there isn't that many Oblivion modders today.

  4. Hi everyone! I seem to have a small issue... I have been trying to create some companions out of goblins and I wanted four variations. I have the textures and such that I wanted to use but as I use nifskope to retexture the goblin body parts.(Head, hands, legs and chest) They look fine, I make sure the texture path is simply textures, creatures, goblin, the texture yet when I load the body parts in the CS, only the head is visible while the hands, legs and chest are invisible. What did I do wrong? I have applied textures to creatures and made new species before in the same manner and never really had this problem. Are goblins really hard to make a new species of so to speak? Any help will be greatly appreciated and thank you so much for reading, I apologize if this seems like a silly question.

  6. Yes all of them, even some custom spiders I made later, but they were doing it before I even tried to mess with spiders. I sadly don't know how to use that program but I could always try...
  7. I do, possibly too many but none of them, far as I know of course effect the frostbite spiders directly. I will post my load order if you want when I get onto my computer.
  8. Hello everyone! I seem to have a small bug in my game that I don't fully know where it came from... The frostbite spiders of my game don't spit poison anymore. It kind of bugs me how they do the animation but nothing comes out of their fangs and I can stand still and it doesn't hurt me, which makes them very easy to fight now. Does anyone else have this problem and or know how to fix it? Thank you for reading and have a good day!
  9. Thank you again and yes, I was able to create some conversations like you suggested. I am only having one problem, it's to do with the whole marriage thing. I was able to marry my NPC just fine but he won't ask where we should live. I will have to search the internet more hopefully. It has actually been going along better then I feared.
  10. Oh goodness, this is perfect! Just what I was looking for! I was able to follow it easily and my follower came out perfect! Now he has a personality, there is much more I want to add like a conversation and questions the player can ask about the NPC, but this helped tons! Thank you again very much.
  11. Oh thank you for this! But actually no I wasn't confused, I knew quests were involved, I meant that most tutorials I seen wanted to actually make a in-game quest, as I said above. They wanted dialog to trigger a quest but that's not what I was looking for. I know most get it confused because it's called a quest but not really, but I didn't, I just had no idea where to start. Again thank you, I will tinker around a bit more and see what happens.
  12. Hi everyone! This is my first created topic on the forums so my apologies about my inexperience. I have a small problem I am hoping someone can help me with or link me to a tutorial. I want to create simple, no in-game actual quest related, just like idle backstory talk to give some personality to my custom NPC follower. But every tutorial I find wants to make it as a in-game quest or with voices, I have no access to voices and I simply want silent dialog to read and add life to my character. Does anyone know of a good video or page with what I am looking for? Thank you for reading~
