That's what I thought (concerning Project Beauty). Yes, there is a setting in the FWE Control panel, but I've tried changing it, exiting the building, entering the building and getting the Bobblehead for 0 points towards my Perception skill. It is so annoying. I have gotten the Unarmed Bobblehead, but honestly, I don't use unarmed, so I'm not sure if it worked, but I think it did. I haven't gotten any SPECIAL bobbleheads yet, except for this one, so I don't know if this is something common. I tried searching the forum. It is really annoying. I've read the readme, yes, but it only talks about how you can change the prize from the Bobblehead and whats "Vanilla" and what is "FWE" :s DO I have to remove all SPECIAL altering clothing maybe? Is the prize given when I set the Bobblehead on the stand?

Hello! I just found the "Bobblehead of Perception", but when I got it it said "[...] Your perception has permanently increased by 0".? My perception stat is at 9 and is increased by 0. The trouble could be with FWE and it's Bobblehead-tinkering. I have FWE and FOOK activated, the Bobblehead config is set to "add on to Special" , "Add 5 to Skill". I've tried fiddling with the FWE control panel, but still no perception. Any one had the same problem? Do you have to put the Bobblehead on the stand for the prize to be activated? These are the mods I have active : -FWE -FOOK -Project Beauty HD

I think you should add more weapons using the CALIBR system. I want more scoped pistols. Here are some examples : Weapons: -Falcon 2 Scoped (Perfect Dark-weapon. Might want to alter the name for trademark reasons?). -Remington 870 Pump-Action Shotgun -Taurus "Judge" ;a revolver that uses shotgun shells -Chauchat ; French light machine gun. Worst one in history. You could find it in Fallout Tactics, deep underground, hidden away, but as soon as you equip it, it jams :p -Colt 1849 revolver. I love those old, sweet revolvers. -Stevens "New Model Pocket Rifle" ; a one-shot revolver. -Beretta 682 Shotgun ;just a beautiful gun -World War 2 Trench Gun : A short pump-action shotgun. -Sig Sauer P228 -CZ-75 ; a pistol that is essential the same (looks) as the Browning Hi-Power -Smith & Wesson semi-automatic pistols -H&K VP70 ; famous for being the pistol that Leon uses in Resident Evil 2. -Glock 17 -Glock 19 -Beretta Silverhawk New missions/plot/vendorr: -A character that collects pre-war money and will buy it from you for 40 caps a piece. Once you give him 50 bills, he will give you some reward(but you can still deliver pre-war money to him still. -Adventures about/with vampires. Some "evil" and hostile maybe. -Facial expressions when you encounter people, fight and such. Locking eye-contact when you encounter friendly people (just like in Oblivion). -A mission to activate or fix the various power-stations that are around or something (concerning the power-stations). Armor : -Enviromental armor from "Fallout: Tactics" and NOT JUST a retex of the Radiation Suit.

No, but it helps with the immersion of the game. I just did the Reilly's Rangers-mission, and I came limping back to Megaton, my entire body crippled with ony a leg still "operational", but my character still smiles and doesn't flinch. Sometimes when my character gets shot up pretty good, I think :" God, that's got to hurt", and I pan around my character to check her/him out obly to see a smile inbetween all the blood and gore :p Also, in Oblivion, when you encounter friendly people, my character/avatar locked eye contact with them (when close enough), and changed expression mirroring the expression I got from the NPC (if that particular NPC didn't like me, she would frawn and so would my character), and when in battle, my character would lower her/his eyebrows and really look angry. This was pretty awesome! It totally helps with the immersion. You might think it is silly and haven't even noticed, but it's the little details that I enjoy so much :) Ohh, there was something there I shouldn't have read.... please mark your Replies !!!SPOILER!!! :/

OMFG - Discussion and Requests

Alt. Fire ideas : Fat Man - Drop the Fat Man and make it into a Fat Man Proximity Nuke Mine. - Fly-By-Wire ; A camera controlled rocket which the PC can control. Flamer - Flamer fuel dump; make a flaming trail along the floor to function as a flame shield. Gatling Laser - Pulse explode; if you have a certain amount of ammunition you can use that amount (say 200) to make a giant pulse emitting explosion that destroys every enemy in a certain range (especially robots). Drone Cannon - Alien technology A; Consume an amount of life from the PC to fuel as ammunition for the weapon. Alien Techonolgy B; Fire through walls. Tri-Beam Laser Rifle - Magazine Discharge ; empty the entire magazine at the cost of all APs. - Charge-Up shot; a shot that is charged up, takes a little while to power up, and fires a huge laser beam that uses more ammo. Gauss Rifle : Burst Fire ; Fires of a 3 round burst. Mesmetron - Self mesmerize; use the weapon on one self, and with a high enough Science check, will grant the user some kind of SPECIAL boost (INT, END, CH) for a period of time. Heavy Incinerator - Flamer; alt. fire could be to use this weapon as a short-range flamer (flamethrower). Microwave Emitter - Galvanic gap ; use the Microwave Emitter as a magnet. A high ammunition is required to use this alt. fire as it sucks an enemy's weapon out of his hand, and into your hand ( depending on the PC's Science skill, and Big Gun/Small Gun skill). -magnetic salvation; like the gravity gun from HL2, this gun could function as a powerful magnet (sucking an item of metal), obtaining it in front of the gun, and with a second press of the button, fires it off into the enemy. -
Hi again Every time I create a face, it turns out to be nothing like I expected. Most of the time all the faces I create, male and female, turn out to look the same :s I had the same problem with Oblivion only I managed to make better looking faces there. My question is if it is possible, by using GECK, FO3EDIT or any other program, to import the face of an NPC and onto my PC from my selected savegame? Please give me a brief explanaition along with your tips. Thanks :) -port a NPC face onto my PC

Yes, I am. Ok, but I still want the Primary Needs thing, it's pretty cool and helps with immersion (even though I fand my character/avatar getting thirsty extremly fast). I just want the Ice-Cold Nuke Cola to give lower RADS. I just spent over 1000 caps on the damn Pristine Fridge :p I want my moneys' worth! I will check around with the settings of FWE, thanks.

Hello community I didn't know exactly where to put this topic, so it ended up here; maybe it should've been in the "modding troubleshooting"-thread. Anyway, this is my problem : After acquiring the Ice-Cold Nuka Cola from the Nuka Cola-lady, I invested in the Pristine Nuka Cola fridge for my house in Megaton. I read online on the Fallout wiki page that by drinking Ice-Cold Nuka Cola, my avatar/character would only recieve 2 rads and heal 20 HP versus the 10 HP gained by the regular kind, and the 8 rads gained by consuming regular Nuka Cola. But by looking on my Pip-Boy, the Ice-Cold Nuka Cola doesn't give me any other effect; it has the same effect as regular Nuka Cola! I don't know if this has anything to do with the mods I am running, but I think it does. The mods I am running, that would mess with this, are : -FWE -FOOK I have noticed that I am not recieving any more HP from the Colas, but it would be nice to have a thirst quenching drink that only offered 2 rads contrary to the 8 rads from the regular Cola. Every Rad counts :p Any way I can fix this?

OMFG - Discussion and Requests

Hey! I've added the OMFG mod. So far, I've only gotten the Beretta M93R, and I have to say; whil the model is good, I don't like the texture very much. It looks kind of cartoony and has a cell shading graphic look about it. You should do it in it's original model; brown handel and black gun. The texture looks TOO cartoony for my taste, and it kind of killed the immersion of my game, so I left it at my House in Megaton. The animation for changing fire rate is also kind of silly. It's the animation and sound for reloading a revolver. Looking forward to trying out the other Beretta and the other weapons. This game has no good, old pump shotguns. There should be added a decent shotgun that is pump action and some sweet animations to go with it (and of course the sound as well). I think you should add the "Taurus Judge" - it's a revolver that fires shotgun shells. Here is a link with a picture : http://www.tactical-life.com/online/wp-content/uploads/2008/03/taurus-judge-410-3-inch-2.gif Maybe you could change the model a bit or fix it up. It would be a sweet addition to the game :) -
yeah, sorry, that is when In V.A.T.S, and you sometimes get the camera at an angle from the right side of the rifle/pistol. This is the short period I see my character "pull a face".

Hello gamers of the world! Some of the many things I loved about Oblivion, were the little things; the small details. One thing I thought was really cool, was that your character always, when stepping into a proximity zone of another character, locked eyes with that character. This means that when you talk to someone, your character actually looks at them. Anotehr thing is that when your character/Avatar in Oblivion encounters someone he/she didn't like, she would make a grimase or look angry. This is something I find lacking with Fallout 3. This is really sad. All my character/avatar does is stare straight ahead into nothing. This has to be fixable? Some mod perhaps, or is it a mod I already have that ruins this? A list of my mods follows after this text. I want my avatar/character to show anger and frawn and grin and so on, when he/she is fighting with Raiders. He/She just has this static stare when she is fighting. Only when fireing her/his weapon he/she changes expression for a brief second. Please! Any help to change the face expressions and head turning/eye contact. Mods installed: -FWE -FOOK -Project Beauty HD -other smaller mods (only adding weapons)

Ah! Yes! probably! I didn't find the pooch so I guess it must've been Muffy! Mystery solved! Thanks

Hey, Uncl T. Nope, I am only running : FWE, FOOK, Project Beauty HD and a couple of armor/weapon/clothing add-ons. Too many mods have rendered my Oblivion game unplayable :p so I choose my mods wisely :)
-
Yeah, I figured the thing about tht screenshot, but why? :p So I loaded up the game again, and the same thing happened. I exited the game and adjusted some settings (I sometimes do this to fix errors), and it didn't go away. I reset the settigns to my previous selections and loaded a different save game, and that fixed the problem :) Thanks for your post!

Hey, friends! I am new here, and have recently given Fallout 3 a new chance, a second chance. This is because when I first played Fallout 3 for my PS3, I was really dissapointed. But by adding some mods and tweaking the game, I have given it a second chance. The mods I have installed, that overhaul the game, are : FWE, FOOK and Project Beauty HD and some other clothing adding mods. I just made my way into Georgetown and into the family house that is situated there. I activated the House Robot, Mr. Handy, and got some supplies from the house. As I left the house, I was immidietly attacked by a Super Mutant Brute and a Super Mutant. I battled them off, and continued to the back of the house. Behind the family house, I found a highly booby trapped house, I managed to get by the traps, but once I reached the outside, I saw something weird floating in the air, just outside the house. It looks like a giant polygon figure hovering about and it is constantly changing. It looks like on of the anamolies from STALKER. Here is a picture of it (please ignore the lack of colour and weird format. I don't know why the screenshot appears like this): http://yfrog.com/5hweirdstuffj Do any of you know what this could be? It isn't suppose to be like this, is it? It doesn't do anything, it just hovers there. I didn't get to check it out to much as a Super Mutant Master on top of a roof shot me to bits. And what is wrong with my Screenshots? :p

But the mission is over. Is she still essential then? Thanks for your time :)
