  1. In response to post #44014760. Some lighting mods and other mods out there do actually address your request...sadly I cannot name them. I have used a mod(s) before which do that, but that was years ago...
  2. In response to post #11688392. I am pretty sure this has been addressed before. From what I understand, as MO and NMM work in completely different ways concerning installing mods, I do not think it is possible. Mod Organizer was developed specifically for Skyrim, while NMM is usable for virtually any game. It currently definitely supports 13 different games, with only five of them being a part of Bethesda's TES and Fallout series. The other games are a wide variety which I would not think is supportable through MO.
  3. Hey guys, I came across a thread on the Reddit Skyrim Mods sub, asking about the possibility of having a salary for the Dragonborn. They would be given this salary when appointed thane of the hold. It was discussed of maybe having a base salary of 25 septims per day, where it could rise due to achievement, recognition or services rendered by the LDB. It was also discussed the manner in which the LDB would be given their salary; maybe by a courier or their housecarl? I was personally thinking the mod could use the steward. Anyway, there is not much else to state. The link to the original thread is provided: Thanes Salary? Thanks, Cebriones.
  4. Hmmm, sorry mate. I am unsure. Maybe the XPMS install options you selected clashed?
  5. What other animation mods are you using? Have you checked the Nexus page? Do you have all of the requirements? We need to know more to be able to help you here.
  6. Thank you everyone for your replies above. I have cut down my mod list, by about 50 plugins. ...it is so hard to get rid of anything. I have done a complete uninstall and reinstall of all of the mods. I have resorted them into a load order with BOSS and cleaned the relevant ESMs with TES5Edit. I am now looking about 160 mods in my list. I have not reinstalled Birds and Flocks, (which by the way was the HF edition) Bring Out Your Dead and Footprints. Convenient Horses is too essential for me to consider doing away with, along with Deadly Dragons and Dragon Combat Overhaul. Apparently DD & DCO are mutually exclusive and perfectly compatible, as they do different things. Only with those mods are dragons actually scary. I want them to be the hardest thing to destroy in the game, and only with those mods am I actually worried when I fight them. I way get rid of Wet & Cold if I need to, but as regarding the previous mods, I would rather keep it if I can. Thanks for your help. I shall keep on testing and re-jigging the mods and report back about what happens.
  7. Hey guys, I have been having issues with my Skyrim. Stability issues, as in CTDs and freezes in certain cells and never-ending loading screens for certain cells and save loads. I tried a new save file, but that did not do much. Anyway, I have far too many mods; over 200 installed. I need help getting rid of some. My play-style and my core ideas from the mods I have are of greater immersion, more challenge and of overhauling Bethesda's work. So mods like Frostfall, Better Vampires, Deadly Dragons and SkyRe will not be removed. Many thanks for any help given. It is much appreciated.
  8. In response to post #9707272. #9707400 is also a reply to the same post. As Gruftlord said, good to read about the news and goings on here; always. We have noticed that lately the Nexus has been '502'ing a bit and the maintenance page has also been used, but as I am sure everyone would agree is that there's no such thing as a free lunch and there is no gain without pain. In other words, we shall patiently await the updates to the site and hope it all goes as well as something like this can; these types of things do not happen overnight with no hiccups. We are eagerly awaiting what you guys will be able to deliver to us with the new NMM. Although I am excited about what will be in this new version, I would rather a release that will not completely destroy my load order that I have spent hours-upon-hours installing, fixing, changing, fixing, chaining again and re-fixing.
  9. Hey guys, I need some help here. I am looking at using a mod to overhaul the College of Winterhold. I think we can all agree it is pretty lacking. I have found a couple of mods on here, that do this well. The only problem is that I am not sure which to go with, as they both look great! Immersive College of Winterhold and College of Winterhold Glory Days So basically, I want to know what you guys think of these mods. If anyone has (or knows of) any other mods that make the CoW better, I would very much like to know. I'm eagerly awaiting people's feedback. Thanks, Cebriones. P.S. I'm posting this, as I haven't found any info that puts these mods side be side and compares them, as it's kind of hard to do by merely reading the mod pages.
  10. Well, considering the animations that the fire atronach uses I think would not work very well with the other atronach attacks, no. It would not work well.
