Can't think of any other way maybe I'll adjust the skills manually then just leave it at a certain level. Kinda sucks bein level 1 all the time after playing for a couple days.

Could be a bad mod,Installed wrong, or conflicting with another. Good practice is to load 1 mod at a time till you get more use to it and see which 1 is causing the problem. If you can't get it to work delete it find another. Also you should definatly run the game from OBSE which should show in your launch list in NMM when it's loaded correctly.

I been having the same issue which started an hour ago. They must be having some problems

Been having an issue thats annoying causing me to use advlevel to lvl up in the game. After I finish the Tutorial area my progress level is always stuck on 0%, before when I played on Vista64 it would raise normally but on 7 it's always locked even when I don't use mods. My major skills are above the requirements and i been playing for a while after the tutorial area. Something is definatly wrong but can't find the issue. rebooting the game didn't seem to help at all. Anyone else having the same problem and a fix? I heard sometimes the bar doesn't go up sometimes but raises anyway but it still doesn't seem to work even after sleeping. I just ended up setting it Lvl 25 after the frustration of it. Does the world monstetr's,NPC and item drop get effected if I level up by using console command "advlevel" hopefully they are the same as if I leveled normally?
