I just started having this problem, the only mod I recently added was better vampires. Any clue what the issue is?

You can fix it by uninstalling Vortex and switching to MO2. I made the switch a month ago, best decision I could make. You shouldn't have to fear opening your mod organizer because of what will happen the moment you open it.

Same problem, vivid weathers and basically any other mod I've downloaded lately have their plugins automatically disabled and in my load order, they have a -1 next to all of them. If I enable them and launch SSE they are not in my mods list. When I open Vortex they are disabled.
