Found the problem here: You ave to activate the specific support for the game. WTH, vortex is so f*#@ling confusing with this interface.

in fact i was able to break the Engine of Oldrim with extensive Settings so bad the Game crashed constantly. Same setting or even higher don't bother Newrim at all. So if you want to go nuts on Skyrim in terms of Mods and stuff i highly recommend newrim. Because they convert the engine to 64bit and make it so far more efficient, less resources hungry and with in more stable i wasn't able to break the engine again. :laugh:

Hi folks, after years i try Oldrim again and instantly discover why i ditch it in the first place. I want more realism. I never really try to fix this and that bothers me a lot, now i'm feed up with this to a point that i mod this game for a whole week and never go further then the first dragon kill. I want to make this game close to my desires before i really start to dive in again, because some of the game play annoys the f*** out of me. But hey, this is Skyrim, therefore they must be a mod for it. So i start searching. but i barely able to find anything, so i want a little help from you. I think it's a kind of "thinking blockade" that prevents me from finding what i want. A general approach suggestions also welcome, but be warned, i have quite a clear vision what i want, so don't be pouted if i dismiss your suggestion. Be sure, even your try will be appreciate. My rig specs aren't a problem at all so we can cut this out. i can run the game heavy modded on highest details on 60 FPS all the time if you ask. so, yes, the hardware can handle it for sure. After i messed up my installation for a while i recognized that there are to many different aspects of the game i want to improved, so that a plain "more realism" didn't make it and i have to go in detail, what i want specifically. This is going to be lengthily so grab some tea or coffee if you want to help me. I general use NMM for all the stuff and also try vortex, but vortex is still far to deep in Alpha stage to be reliable for this here so i wait until it get more stable. MO? hmm i never really use it and it is not supported by nexus at all so i'm not really willing to switch over. First of all a List of Mods i will consider as "Must have base line" and in use since years, you need to put up really good reasons to bring me off of them: - USLEP - UHRP - SkyUI - Quality Worldmap from IcePenguin - Elis Breezehome (Our "QB" finest i think) - Climates of Tamriel - Convenient horses Then a List of mods i discover new since i came back a week ago and i feel that they may good: - Amazing Follower Tweaks - Combat surrender - Crash Fix ENBoost 6.1 (give it a try this time, old version once make things worse so i ditched it back then maybe it would be better this time...hopefully) - Rustic clothing complete (looks pretty sweet) - Faxonz Positioner (i came back from Fallout and never new before that i need such a mod also in Skyrim, give this a try now, fallouts "place anywhere" have teach me some lessons about Bethesta's terrible collision model) - Static Mesh improvement (the texture improvement of static objects are insane...i never knew that i need this mod.) - Mulitble Floor sandboxing https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/57376 (i have seen this behavior recently yes it is a problem) - Relationship Dialogue Overhaul (Sounds good and covers my goal to go more in depth with relationships) Mods that i don't use right now but keep a eye on it because..dunno they sounds right. - Brawl Bug Patch (There was a Bug? The windhelms brawl with mikael feels fine, so i don't get the purpose of this mod. But something tells me...it "may be good" because they suggested there was a bug with it. hmm i think i will ditch it, because "what 'bug' you talking about?") - FNIS and Fuz Ro D-Oh (many mods i try before use this so i keep it, maybe useful) Any Mod of the last two lists are not "fix" if you have better suggestions, pls let me known with a REASON, only "this suck" don't make it. "it causes a shitton of $Problems, try this" would be better What i want: A Game play that have consequences. The "You train what you do" approach of the Core game IS already a good one (because it's realistic) but i misses a shitton of features. Here the details: More deep in relationships and realistic in all aspects of it (Yeah "Beeing female" will be in the Mod list for sure) especially the affection thing from Gothic or similar games is what i want. slaying innocent people make you not a hero. Also slaying a dragon but being a jerk the rest of the Day don't make the people around you happy. And got marry/laid because a damn necklace? What? no. example: Lydia is a pure maiden. If i want to lay her i have to put some effort into it. And i mean "real" effort like fighting alongside her for several days, convince her with good deeds and maybe one day proposes here, before i can even think about to f*** her, or even more, have a child with her. So this aspect needs a total overhaul for sure. You can marry and have childs but cannot explicit bang you spouse? Not happy with that. OSA and OSex are surprisingly offer here and not "otherwise" but there are abandon and incomplete so i have to look for this aspect "otherwise" so we cut this out here for NSFW reasons. But if you have a good suggestions put it in here. Combat and aspects of it. "Combat surrender" is already installed. But put a extra Point in Shields to have protection against arrows? As a HEMA Fighter it triggers my realism sense really hard. If you cover behind your Shield you automatically protected against arrows (and even most Bolts) and you do this by instinct so really no need for to "skill" any Points here. Many of the other combat "skills" makes also no sense to me. for what i should search? Perk system in general: i will give "perkus maximus" a try. Any suggestion about this? It took me a little while to understand exactly what you were getting at, but I agree that there's an awful lot of background stuff that's being run, at the same time that I'm gaming. This is why a relative who IS a computer geek is coming over to, today, to tell me what I can safely shut down, and exactly what needs to be running. Thanks! Depending of what you tell us here, be sure he will tell you to drop some of your "favorite" Programms you use...i would say "belive him and drop it". If you want a specific thing to do, ask him how to do that, WITHOUT your fav Programm. Like cheking mails or Browseing in the internet. You really DON't need the "GMX Mail Programm" or similar. You also don't need and kind of "Search Bar" ever, modern Browsers have build this in.

tbh, you may not need PL and more fix your messed up rig. i have a weaker rig but skyrim runs like yours out of the Box. First of all: Don't install the s*** Hardwäre producers tells you to. Mostly of this is bloatware. Don't autostart s*** you don't really need. Most of them bloatware too. For the best exp you neet the bare driver file and a sqeaky clean win10. Windows 10 is dumb in guessing what needs the most priorirty. It is going a bit better with the "Gaming Mode" of the recent update (1807 afaik) but it needs still a hint. Task Manager in Adminmode is all what you need. PL is good for autosettings, because yes you CAN set this in the Regedit too but it is a HELL of Work to do so. but like i start. you need to clean up your rig in the first place. PL only push the clutter to the side to makes your game run.

I found how: Plain: It is NOT possible on the easy way. Best way: Copy a WHOLE UNMODDED Vanilla Skyrim installation in a new folder. THEN install a SEPARATE and INDEPENDENT Mod Organizier and Manage Enderal EXCLUSIVE with it. "Mod Organizer": can somehow handle this but even it needs a special treatment for it. Nexus Mod Manager: only one of both at a time, but NOT BOTH AT THE SAME TIME! There is no way due to way Enderal convert Skyrim. (Main skyrim.esm is altered. and NMM can't differ between and this is the main reason why this is so complicated) Vortex: can't handle it at all. (to much Alpha at this point in time i guess (01.05.2018))

Holy moly this thing is a good one. Didn't think that nexus was going to be better but hey this is a good try...
