I was wounder if an option could be added to stop the manager from deleting active mods just because i deleted the zip. Some of the mods can be massive and storing the zips after an install is kind redundant. I run into issues where it dosent give me the option to cancel and it removes the mod cause cdt then having to run tsedit to find the missing mod then re-download. At current my NMM mod folder is 3.87 gig, I'd like to at lest be able to dump the massive ones with out the NMM flipping its lid.
