Have you tried to modify [Controls] in the ini files? My settings are: [Controls] fMouseHeadingYScale=0.1500 fMouseHeadingXScale=0.0200 The top-bottom axis was very slow whereas left-right was fine. Fiddling with the values brought everything back to normal

SKSE is properly installed: the readme.txt is very clear and Gopher's video would alleviate any further doubt. I play Skyrim off-line and when I launch it with SKSE-loader, it seems not to work properly. I can still use SkyUI but I have the message that SKSE is not loaded. Furthermore, just after launching, when I use the console with "getskseversion", it can't find SKSE. If I then quit Skyrim and relaunch it with SKSE-loader, it works fine. Using the console with "getskseversion", I get SKSE version and run numbers. So I'm good, and thanks all for your input :-)

As I mentionned earlier: I use the SkyUI mod with Skyrim 1.7.7.06 I have installed SKSE 1.5.11.7 properly according to the readme.txt I have checked SKSE 1.5.11.7 and there no mention of Dawnguard!?!

I noticed that around 2/3 of the time, SKSE doesn't load properly. SkyUI is working but I have a message saying that SKSE is not loaded, and I have verified that SKSE is not loaded. Weird.
