My download speed is actually faster than normal, but I am constantly getting errors that pause the download, so I have to monitor it myself. I can barely get 20 seconds before I get an error. Its ridiculous.

Neither mod mentioned it in their description as far as I could see, so I'm not sure which one it is. Does anyone else know for sure?

Are there any mods that add toggle-able alteration armour spells?

Is there a mod that adds the option of toggle-able alteration shield spells? It annoying to have to recast all of the time.

I'm using vanilla HUD and I'm having trouble understanding the HUD Status Bars custom bar guide because its late at night and I'm dumb. Can someone please tell me what I have to do to make it work? And in Skyrim style?

I was reading the readme for the mod and it said that I could change some things with console commands. However, the arrangement of the list was a bit confusing and I am quite tired so I couldn't really understand it. Can I raise the maximum amount of armor rating it gives? Can I remove the penalty from carrying too much stuff? Thanks!

That seems to just change things for 3rd person animations. Thats not what I'm asking for. I'm asking for the greatsword in first-person to move when idle, since it is just completely still now.
