  1. Some of these ideas aren't bad, there are a few creatures in the base game that aren't displayed, but could be. Such as the Solstheim creatures, Skeevers and the Vale variations of critters. The Chaurus and Spider display could easily have included a skeever display or perhaps one for the Crystal Mudcrab mod. Solstheim Creatures could be displayed where the Bug Jars are currently located and those could be moved over besides BadGremlins Fairies and the Flora/fauna exhibit. The Eastern Dwemer Armor mod could have a dedicated display in the Hall of Lost Empires. Easily done by replacing that one free/empty display mannequin near the aetherium displays with a dedicated Eastern Dwemer Armor one.The Daedric Reaper and Ritual Armor of Boethiah could have identical displays, like the Ancient Daedric Lord Display but placed under the stairs, similar to Identity Crisis. Skyforge Weapons SSE would look good, displayed behind the Wolf Armour set, since they have unique models for those weapons. The Horker Weapons pack could go on display behind the Leather, Hide and Scale armours on the wall. East Empire Company Armor would fit in perfectly with the other Imperial sets.
  2. So I've been playing LOTD for awhile now. And I like to use quite a lot of mods that are supported. However quite a few of these mods are old now and could really use a facelift. So I'd like to request a few of these mods get retextures or maybe replacer item/weapons of higher quality? BadGremlins Collection - I love a fun treasure hunt or just a hunt for collectibles in general and that's why this mod is normally a staple of my LOTD playthroughs. However it's hard to ignore that some of these collectibles look kind of bad now. Particularly the Fairies, some of the fish and definitely the Trophy Heads. The last one in particular would be most appreciated, giving the trophy heads a makeover, so that when they're on display, they don't seem off. Especially when people are using mods to improve the appearance of various characters/races etc. For Trophy Heads specifically using FAR or Male Dragonic mods for the Argonian head. Adding Bosmer horns to the wood elf head. For the humanoid races, the heads/faces should be improvable with mods that improve the faces and skins? Like Virtuvia or the Ethereal Elven Overhaul? The High-Poly heads from Vector Plexus seems like it'd be helpful for building the replacers. Oblivion Artifacts Pack - I like all the added items, they're decently spread out and look good on display in the Hall of Heroes. Though they can stick out rather notably when you're using mods that enhance other items on display. A retexture of the weapons and armours would be amazing with smaller items like the rings/circlets/necklaces being a nice bonus if they got retextured too. (This now has upscaled textures installed. Need to playtest and see how they look.) Skyrim Unique Treasures - This one is a mixed bag, some of these are decent and other items could use complete model replacers. Here's what I think need the biggest changes/model replacers. Golden Dibella Statue the model for this should theoretically be easily replacable with Ivoltz Dibella Statue. The Bear Figurine could use the bear model trophy from Bears of the North. The Gold Items models would need new models entirely, they also look a big too bright and plastic-like, I think they need a colour shift closer to Saints and Seducers, Golden Saints armor or this one. Gold models from Narrative Loot would be perfect for most golden items. The Golden Headdress could use the textures from JS Barenziah SE but keep the green gemstones it has. The Drinks I would like to see their models replaced maybe something similar to Better Wine Labels or Fadingsignal's Stros M'kai. Edited on 06/12/2021
  3. It sounds like you should use Legacy of the Dragonborn, since it adds displays for all the vanilla items. Plus numerous collectible mods like badgremlins and armour/weapon/quest mod support. Like Heirofseptims Ruin's Edge and Staff of Sheogorath, immersive armors and immersive weapons, Ice Blade of the Monarch, Cheesemod for Everyone, Interesting NPC's, Volkihar Knight, Dawnguard Arsenal etc. As well as a storyline/quest line to give your collectathon a purpose beyond mounting all your fancy stuff on the walls/shelves. And it adds its own massive array of collectible goodies, such as paintings, sea shells, numerous gemstones etc. And if all that wasn't enough, it has two additional support mods for Fossil Hunting and Relic hunting. You can even craft replicas of items you lose at the end of quests. There's even support for Creation Club content, if all of that isn't enough already.
  4. Ebony Armor Reshape (Changes Ebony Armor's designs) Resplendent Armor + Greatsword (Great looking set) DCR - King Crusader Mega Pack (Great set of armor and weaponry) Mead Keg Backpack (It fits for a Nord Fighter to be carrying around booze.)
  5. No OnHolyServiceBound's skeleton mods affects the 'Existing' playable races. Basically it gives an aesthetic change in height, musculature etc to all the existing playable races. They don't add new playable races, here's some examples of his mods. Orc Overhaul Bestial Beast Races SE Racial Body Morphs And Rougeshot basically does the same thing, for the animals and monsters in Skyrim. Here's a link to his user page for all of his mods. I recommend at least using the Immersive Dragons mod. Since it gives them wings that actually 'look' like they could lift such heavy creatures. Rougeshot's User Page Looks like you have quite an extensive list of mods. I do hope they are all working great for you.
  6. I haven't played in awhile, but the mods I really liked for armour and weapons are as follows. FrankFamily's Armour Mods. - All of the Frankly HD mods are great improvements for the already existing sets of armour in-game. Daedric Reaper Armour - Good looking Daedric Set. The Male and Female variants are visually different, but cool looking. (Couple of versions of this mod, floating around.) Dragon Carved Armor Set - By EddietheEagle This is both a good looking set, and one you could actually see existing in-game. Feels very authentic, and looks good alongside the other set added by Dragonborn Stormlord/Stormcloak Battle Armor Replacer SE - Make the Stormcloaks more visually distinct from your local guards. I recommend the Stormlord set either by itself or as part of the Stormcloak Battle Armor mod. Sleeved Guards and Stormcloaks - If you don't want to make as big a change as the Stormcloak Battle Armour, this mod will at least make the guards and Stormcloaks dress more appropriately for Skyrim's chilly weather. Last update was 2 years ago. Nether Mage Armor SSE - Not tried it, but it look really good. Dwarven Sorcery Armor - I remember liking the look of this armour set. But the textures can only be altered by mods that improve Dwemer metal/armour sets. Amiddian Armors - I believe these can be made to work on SSE, since they are only texture packs.
  7. I believe the mod. Path of the Anti-Mage could give you something visually similar, and geared towards anti-magical combat.
  8. That's a lot of Mods OoO. Are you by chance, also using mods like Rougeshot's skeletons for the various creatures running around or OnHolyServiceBound's skeletons for the playable races?
  9. I have a few suggestions, based on my past playthroughs. Classes and Sub-Classes. MAGE - Ward Functionalities Extended, Wizard Hats, Telvanni Spellsword Armor, Dwarven Sorcery Armor and Rogue Sorceress Outfit Retextured ELEMENTAL MAGE - Elemental Destruction Magic, Shadow Spell Pack, Adept - Magic of Ash, Voltage + Ultimate HD Fire Effects VAMPIRE - Volkihar Royal Knight Armor, Sacrosanct, Ace Blood Magic THIEF - Thieves Guild for the Good Guys + Less Tedious Thieves Guild (Allows you to play as a more Honorable thief. And makes things less tedious as you progress through the ranks.) Deadly Shadows (Great for getting around on rooftops etc, for more immersive playthrough as a thief.), Frankly HD Thieves Guild Armors, Frankly HD Nightingale Armor and Weapons, Improved Shadowmarks & Prowler's Armor SE MAGE/WITCH HUNTER - Path of the Anti-Mage DARK BROTHERHOOD - Deadly Shadows (Also good for an Assassin playthrough.) Frankly HD Shrouded Armor, FIGHTER - Ebony Armor Reshape, Dragon Carved Armor, Resplendent Armor + Greatsword, DCR - King Crusader Mega Pack, Mead Keg Backpack (It fits for a Nord Fighter to be carrying around booze.), Pumping Iron. ALCHEMIST - XxAwesome_PotionsxX SSE + Small DLC and Misc Patch for XxAwesome_PotionsxX SSE, Complete Alchemy & Cooking Overhaul. (I feel like it adds a bit too much personally. But would be useful for a specifically alchemist focused playthrough.) All Classes - Bandolier and Pouches Mod, Leather Backpack & Hip Bag. (There are Bandoliers and Pouches that fit various factions. And there are multiple options for the Hip Bags.)
  10. The Bandolier Mod kinda uses this idea, with the ability to create dyed Leather, for the dark bandolier and pouches. I think certain creatures should have unique leather or materials, that you could use to make specific gear. Like how you need Daedra Hearts to make Daedric weaponry. Maybe you would require Heartstones from Solstheim to make certain battle-mage armour? Or you could need Troll hide, Werebear/Werewolf Pelts and Sabrecat pelts to create a unique set of fur/leather armour? And maybe special armour required named enemies like the Udefrykte?
  11. I'd love to see the Goblin Slayer armour someday in Skyrim. Maybe even a uniquely named NPC titled Goblin Slayer or 'Riekling' slayer on Solstheim. I thought about how it'd look in Skyrim, after seeing this pic on DA made in SFM. https://www.deviantart.com/half5life/art/SFM-Goblin-Slayer-769274734
  12. Thank you. They look like a lot of fun and the Wench was kinda exactly what I was looking for...apart from the "BIG SHIELD" lol Heh yeah, well there's actually more than one wench, with that mod. So you get more than a few, wenches.
  13. There's a few followers with quests. M'rissi's: Tails of Troubles - Fun and interesting quest, with a rather unique follower. Aeonbarr - a Unique and Summonable Horse (Convenient Horses Friendly) - Not a follower, but a unique horse, with a quest. Buxom Wench Yurianna - Only if you don't mind, or are looking for mature/NSFW followers. Recorder - Not lore friendly, but very interesting follower, with her own quests Evangeline - Follower with her own quests Jarek - The Custom Voiced Skeleton Necromancer Follower - No quests yet, but this mod is updated quite regularly. And there's plans for more. Acalypha - Follower and quest mod.
  14. Alright, so this mod isn't asking for a complete overhaul of the NPC's, encountered in Skyrim. I'm looking for a mod to compliment such facelift mods, in particular the Massive NPC Facelift Project. Essentially what I want to do, is give some physical diversity to the NPC's of Skyrim. Taking into account a character's race, profession, back story and weapon style, if applicable. A mod like Racial Body Morphs is great, but I don't feel like it really helps tailor and customise each individual NPC. Although incorporating elements of that mod as a general rule, for the various races, would be nice. I imagine shop owners like Belethor, would look either a bit skinny, or overweight. While someone like Uthgerd, would have a bigger more muscular physique. Given she walks around in plate armour, all day. Beggars should look skinny and malnourished, Camilla should have a more appealing physique, given Faendal and Sven are swooning over her. Obviously a lot of what I just suggested would require a massive amount of work. But it's fun to think about.
  15. I think a tattoo system for Skyrim, could be a fun idea. Let's make it more immersive though. So for instance, the Face Changer in the Ragged Flagon, could give you new tattoos, to hide your identity. Or to tattoo your arms, with thieves guild themed ones. There could be a magical tattoo artist in the College of Winterhold, who can offer you tattoos, with unique effects. The temples of the Divines could also offer you tattoos, one in different places, so if you follow all nine deities, you could get one tattoo for each of them. If you're a Dunmer or Daedra worshipper, you could get tattoos, related to the princes, worshipped on Solstheim. And certain guild members, or new guild member NPC's can give you tattoos for that guild. So Dark Brotherhood, I imagine Cicero or a custom tattoo artist, could do the job. Vex or Sapphire, for the Thieves Guild, or the previously mentioned, face changer. In Windhelm or Solitude, you could get Stormcloak and Imperial tattoos. And I think the Greybeards could give you Dovah'zul/dragon word tattoos, imbued with words of power, perhaps to give you passive buffs, against other shouts? So Draugr overlords can't keep spamming Fus Ro Dah! And knocking you all over the place. Lastly you should be able to gain tattoos for doing great deeds. So you could chronicle your adventures, on your body. So killing Alduin, you'd get a tattoo related to that. Finish the Companions quest, one for that, kill all the dragon priests or named dragons? Tattoos for those. I also imagine before playing the game, you could have a few limited, but unique tattoo options. To hint at your own past, good for roleplaying a character, in Skyrim.
