dragonborn don't have voice in Skyrim But if you play fall out 4 your character have a voice what make Skyrim Diff from fo4 Nora or Nate has many lines same as dragonborn

if it cost alot of money then why in fallout 4 have voice ? thier should make it so if the player of Dragonborn want to add voice to the character. I been looking in to it see if anyway you can add voice to your character i seen videos of ppl adding voice to DragonBorn in the mod called Skyrim Romance

same problem here i am missing my 3 dlc on the left side of MO i run Tes5 and it listed there but when i run loot its not there saying missing master files been working on this for few days any ideas tys
