I just visited that site and got a face full of malvertising, that is actually a new issue. Their domain host is godaddy, have fun reporting them.

There is nothing wrong with forking unsupported code with proper attribution, this is not stealing mods and passing them off as your own. If he has an issue with it then he has to come out and say something, and I think he should say something as discussions such as this apparently cause drama on this site.

The original author may be gone, forking it is fair use and he is free to merge the changes into his own code if he asks politely.

The creator of SkyUI dropped off the face of the earth in 2017, leaving SkyUI without any further updates despite the fact it seriously needs them. Someone has to fork it. https://github.com/schlangster

I saw a bunch of users get banned for promoting the piracy of Creation Club content in the ban logs, and I think you need to properly disclose your policy on this as the idea around Creation Club content is controversial and thus a popular piracy target.
