Cool thanks, but unfortunatly I dont think I can use that because you need the new badyslide, and the new badyslide does not work for me. I will try it again though, thanks -

I've been using better males since the beginning and never had any issues. Also I just checked and I don't believe that is the problem. I wonder... If it would make a difference if I adjusted the weight of the Player NPC in CK, or if I tried to export the facegen data? Any feedback on this? -

I cant tell you exactly how but I think I can help.... You can add new anims already in CK, make a new package in CK, then go to Anims tab and add all anims + the ones you want them to use. If you want them to use new ones then I think you must do it through the tab in CK labled "Gameplay" then go to animations, then go to actors\Character\idles, and do some CK kung fu . You may have to add the new anims to the anims folder.. I'm no expert but maybe you can figure it out with the info I told you, good luck. I will be attempting this myself when I am done with my other project. -

Black horses are invisible???

Still having the invisible black horse issue, I tried unpacking the all of the horse meshes and textures and copy and past them into data and still not working. Anyone have anymore ideas. -

OK, I already have Gimp and Blender, but the problem with blender is every time I try to import a file it says Python error, and I installed it exactly the way this says..... http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/12248 . So I haven't tried Gimp out yet so I guess I will try to find a tutorial for that. Hopefully it is easier to use then Blender. I've had blender for two years and still don't know how to use it, LOL, it's because all the tutorials for it are way to vague. I've tried following them to the LETTER!!! and still didn't work. Well thanks guys -

I made my first standalone follower mod and I can't seem to get rid of the neck and hand seems and I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I followed the tutorials to the letter! I don't believe that for a second, and neither should you. Modifying armor may not be the easiest thing to do, but it's not rocket science either. It's a learning process that takes just a little bit of time and effort, that's all. Take your time, read the tutorials, watch the videos. And give it a shot, have some fun with it. :thumbsup: Thank you for your faith In me, I was just getting frustrated, I think I need to back away for right now and try again latter, I was just trying to get some vanilla armor to fit my new follower mod but I went ahead and released it anyway. I have something for you to try........ Open your meshes.BSA and unpack your "mt_walkright" path should be.... meshes/actors/characters/animations/male/mt_walkright then unpack to your data or just unpack to another folder then copy and past in data. This worked for me for a similar problem. -
Yes, I have, thank you but I figured out how to do basic mashups by myself without that and also that tutorial leaves a few things out. I think my mashup is a little more complicated than that but not for an experienced Nifskope user, thank you for trying. Once I explain what I want they will understand. Thank you so much though. First you need at least 1 gig video processing ram is recommended but at very least 512 . Second , dont ever , EVER download a lot of mods at once, do it slowly. I only have a 2.50 processor and a ATI 8500 512 video card, 4 gigs of ram and 200+ mods and mine runs fine on med settings. I do have a decent Mother board though. if you get a lot of mods at once your just asking for trouble. so you have a better rig than mine . so you should be running it fine. The thing with skyrim I think is it's demanding on video memory.
