Thanks for the help guys, I can see now that I misspoke my words in the topic. I'm not trying to make armor from scratch just yet, I'm trying to make an existing armor to fit my character, the _0 and _1. I just wanted to clearify that before I looked at the links you provided. I'm gonna look now thanks a bunch for your help. Also if anyone knows where to find videos on this that would be perfect, I've not seen any on the net as of yet except in other languages.

Been trying to learn blender for quite a while now and I guess I'm just to stupid. I learned how to scale amor but every time I try I can't seem to port it into the game. This whole prosses is very hard! This is the 5th time I tried and I still don't know how to do it. I really would like to make my own armor one day but WOW, this seems way to difficult! I have followed all the tutorials and they just seem to hard!!! Also all the videos seem to be in another laguage!!! Where are all the American vids/Tutorials? There are none. PLease help

OK thanks, about your shadow stripping.... put your shadow stripping mod very low in your load order and that should fix that, if you don't have one you should get one. I'm gonna try that

Yes this hapend to me a while back and how I fixed it was I unpacked my "walk right" BSA mesh and past it into your Skyrim data folder.

Well I was forced to make a new character because it doesn't seem to hapen with new games but this really sucks! I was a lvl 36 and that's the furthest I've managed to get in this game so far! I really would like to save my lvl 36 save game. Please help! Anyone! even with just an idea or a suggestion, that would still help me, thanks. I will try to explain a little better what is happening.... There are a whole group of important NPC's from Riften like, quest givers, merchants, exc... just standing around at Black Briar Lodge! It is game breaking because they are not regestering that they are at there normal places, they are regestering that they are closed or outside of town and therefor cannot sell or give quest. Yes NPC's from Riften are just hanging around Black Briar Lodge, is this a glitch or a mod doing this? Has this happen to anyone else? I don't think they are suposed to be there, especialy in the day time. They are suposed to be in town selling things, right? I don't have any mods that change Riften or Black Briar Lodge.

Hmm, I don't know, what lighting mods do you use??? I use "Ultra Realistic World Lighting" and "Imaginator"

OMG!!! I finally fixed it , I had to get rid of all the bad pex files again, what a pain in the ass! Thanks for all your help.

Wow I didn't know that, I been playing with it all this time like that. Well I'm gonna go delete it for good this time, thanks for clearing that up for me, hope it works. Edit: I deleted followers unlimited but still no dice! I can still only have 1 follower, I'm going to try to re-install UFO again and if that doesn't work I may try Extended Follower Framework. Unless someone can help pinpoint this issue. I geus I can try to look up my old load order from boss and try to move some things around first though, thanks for all your help guys. I'll be back to update you.

Him I've been using it this way for 6 or 7 months with no issues, I thought that was included with UFO because every time I delete followers Unlimited, it comes back by itself??? Are you sure it's not part of UFO?

No I sure don't, that's why I'm so confused. There is a mod called "Followers Unlimited" but I'm pretty sure that comes with UFO.

UfO has worked flawlessly for me since I got it, now all of a sudden I can only have 1 follower at a time. I've scoured the forums and google and found nothing. Can someone please help with this?

What shadow mods are you using? I think it's caused by ini settings for shadows.

Hmm, I don't know did you make your character more buff recently? This happens to me with daggers

Is that your pic Thatdane? Your pretty! Anyway if it works for "FemaleEventoned" than at least we know that works. Did you add you new voice files to the proper formlist like I suggested? Hmm, if you did that than it should work, perhaps you should test it with a new character, sometimes CK edits won't show up unless you test it with a new game, iv'e spent hours over nothing by not doing this. Sos causes savegame bloat from what I hear, also shouldn't your update.esm go under your skyrim.esm? Also since you have many mods that change the dynamics and lots of other aspects of the game you should unpack all of your meshes bsa, this will help reduce CTD. Some will say not to do this but trust me it helps a lot! I used to get CTD all the time everywhere untill I unpacked my meshes. Hope this solves your issue.

Could be the armor you are wearing, If you want to you can adjust it in CK, click on the armor then on the armor addon, there is a box with "Weapon adjust" on it.

Does the "follow me" show up or are you saying that it just don't work but it's therer? Also does it work when you add a voice like..."Male young Eagar"???

Hmm, I don't use RCRN or any fog mods, I like the fog so I never got any. So this can't be the reason.

Did you make a voice file? All you have to do is drag it over to the VoicesFollowerAll.

I was just trying to figure out why I was haveing CTD and ran boss, I never did figure it out and desided to give up. Now I'm having another issue, none of my followers will dismiss or leave, so I reverted back to my old load order and still the same? Anyone no how to fix this? I already treid set playerfollowercount to 0, and attacking them.
