  1. When using MO2 (Without profile specific ini file ) the ini files used by the game are in C: \ Users \ username \ Documents \ My Games \ Fallout4, not sure if it is the same when using Vortex. .Sorry I couldn't help you more!
  2. Either, if you say that what I wrote corresponds to what you wrote and does not allow you to deactivate the godrays, it is because your game does not take into account your Ini parameters, we both have the same game, and if your ini parameters are taken into account the godrays will be disabled.
  3. If I reread your first post you say that you have bvolumetriclighting set to enable, I tell you to put it on disable, it works for me so I do not know if you reread the posts you wrote?
  4. fallout4.ini :bNvGodraysEnable=0 fallout4prefs.ini iVolumetricLightingQuality=0 bVolumetricLightingEnable=0 bVolumetricLightingForceCasters=0
  5. I installed this mod a long time ago, I had the same problem as you, I re-installed the mod to use only: Ground_vanilla.esp and Ground_ vanilla-Main.ba2, I think it amounts to unchecking the SMM box (if it is a fomod, I do not remember it precisely).
