  2. You can go into your Fallout4/Data folder and move the CC file [it's like an ESP.] from there. That worked for me when I was testing a mod that I was working on and all I wanted was just the Vanilla game and it's DLC's
  3. Hello everyone, I hope this is appropriate and the correct place to put this. I want to know if at all possible if anyone can tell me if it's AWKCR or Armorsmith Ext. that removed the Modular Armor from morphing to fit over "Body Slot" Armors. My Combat, Raider, Metal, Synth, Leather armor pieces all used to get slightly larger to fit over more bulky under armors and for a while they haven't. This has been driving me crazy. I have HN66's Sirius armor installed and I love the armor, I use the "12" full body version, and I use the Combat armor with it. When I equip most pieces they don't look to bad, but with I equip the Combat Armor HEAVY legs the Sirius 12 clips through it now and didn't use to. The Combat armor Leg pieces used to morph to fit over the Sirius armor and looked very nice especially when you have the combat armor [modded] to look black. I've also noticed this with other armors as well, when the modular armor used to morph to fit and like I said they don't anymore. If anyone can help me with this I would be greatly appreciated. I am a seasoned modder and know my way around the CK, 3ds max, Blender, etc etc, so if someone could at least point me in the correct direction to fix this issue I would greatly appreciate your input.   4. The coat is a modular piece, so [without looking in the CK] i'm assuming that it's assigned to the over armor torso slot. Also assuming from what I know of Eli using Outfit studio to create a lot of her mash ups, her outfits are mostly for the main body slot. Now if this is all true, and you are trying to wear this [assuming from what I read] on a male character, the coat is trying to expand to fit over the main body slot as if it wear a normal combat armor or metal armor chest piece. In the vanilla game the chest, arm, and leg armor pieces were meant to morph [dynamically adjust size] to fit the players character body build. I haven't looked into this fully but i'm assuming this is what the coat is trying to do over the Eli armor piece, and her pieces are very intricate and bulky on their own to give a feeling of being well armored without having to wear extra armor pieces, the Strigadae Coat is is doing this and wasn't meant to so it's going to look a little funny. I'm actually looking into a similar issue with armor pieces now myself but the exact opposite for my female character. I can't figure out which one does it but a very popular mod has removed the modular armor piece morphing from the game and it makes all of my armors look horrible. I kinda want my metal, raider, and combat armor pieces to morph to fit the armor i'm wearing and they don't and they all clip horribly. Also the fact that I want a bulky and large armor presence on my character.
  5. Here recently, I have been getting Power lines and Food resources disappearing in Sanctuary, Sanctuary only. I have all the main and all the DLC settlements unlocked and I build in everyone.. I have had this happening in the last 3 playthroughs, about 2 - 3 months now. The weird things is that the power pylons still show "powered" and transfer power to objects that require "wired connections" BUT there is NO POWER LINE anymore. also crops have disappeared as well.. These are the only 2 things, EXCEPT, I have noticed the body next to the dog on the other side of the river on the main Sanctuary Bridge, HAS FUKN disappeared also. Either he has come back to life and is playing a cruel joke or one of the next is happening. 1. I do NOT have any scrap mods in my load order, nor do I use any means to scrap other than vanilla scrapping. 2. I have a few settlement mods installed, but none really have ever caused and issue. 3. The items that disappear and the CTD item are outside a certain radius of the actual workshop. 4. this only happens in Sanctuary when I use the "scrapall" console command. 5. I have Done all that everyone has suggested to regain lost items and nothing works. So my assumption is that it has something to do with the Scrapall console command and Sanctuary, so I'm going to test this theory and start a new game and go from there without the scrapall usage. If anyone else has any insight to this please let me know Alxe
  6. Soooo? What I've been reading on the web for about 2 hours now is that if you want to edit most of anything in the CK, it has to be of "vanilla game" value from your game folders to keep the CK from crashing? Because anytime I try to edit anything like a NPC, or even an item that has been in anyway changed by a mod in the CK, it crashes. I have spent more time than actually needed looking any of this up to find out if there's something i'm doing wrong.. But as a decently educated modder from the Skyrim CK. I don't think it's anything on my end. There are only 2 things I wanted to change up in the CK, the Nav Meshing to Vault 88 [to get the settlers to use the rest of the caverns], and NPC settler looks using only vanilla assets. I know how to do these things and do them well but I can't keep the darn CK from crashing every time I open an edit dialogue. I've seen so many people with similar edits done in mods loaded on the Nexus but to No avail I can't seem to get anyone to respond to me about how they keep the friggin CK open long enough to even get there mods finished. Well, my next try was to install a completely vanilla version of the game and the CK on a different Hard-Drive and do all my edits that way and then load my ESP's into my Modded game on the main hard drive.   7. I have noticed that this has pretty left by the way last year. But after getting severely disappointed with FO4 and other game releases I have returned to Skyrim and begun to re-work an old follower mod that I had up a few years back. I have a quest line for this follower and I have two "scenes" wrote for her as well.. but after many, MANY hours of digging on the papyrus wikki and the creation kit I can't make these scenes into cut scenes, and one of them, at least, has to be a cut scene or it would just be "FAIL" on my part and the quests. I am somewhat familiar with scripting and getting better. BUT, I would love a more in depth explanation, or a tutorial on this.... Please PM me if you find this comment after all this time......
  8. I'm also having the CTD with an ENB problem. I definitely have a very capable system: 3 x EVGE Geforce GTX 670 FTW (SLI) 4gb ea. 32gb ddr3 vengeance i5-3570 3.4 Seagate STCL2000400 sata6 HD I can run most if not all games (vsync turned off) at around 200fps, but as soon as I install the ENB with ANY presets to Skyrim I get a CTD within 15 minutes of play. At first I thought because I couldn't run my video controller overlay with the ENB that I was over heating. So I preset my cooling system to higher than normal (trust me I have plenty of cooling) and it seems that's not the issue. I hear of a lot of people running the ENB with a typical to high end preset without any problems. But no one is saying how they got their systems to run it without the CTD. Anyone got any answers?????

I'm having a very similar issue, But i'm trying to add a second NPC to the mod for the follower quest line, and when I go to the follower dialogue to do the exact same steps I did for the first one to do the custom voice it won't let me.. won't let my NPC be the Valid Voice type for the dialogue, EVEN THOUGH everything has been done completely exactly the same as the other one.... can anyone help either one of us out please?!?!
  10. I have only seen one follower mod that gives the player a choice to have their followers loot things for them but you have to give them the command to do so ... I have been trying to find where I can put the script to have a follower do the looting when battles are finished. if anyone knows how or where this can be done. I'll be more than happy to create the mod...
  11. I have all the "Unofficial Patches" and have them in the correct load orders and they haven't fixed any of the Alchemy lab problems for the homes. I have been searching and searching for a solution and can't find one. everyone keeps telling me that the "Patches" are supposed to fix the problem and they haven't. I have all of the dlc and the corresponding patches.

Ok, here's my problem, I have a couple of player home mods that add some cool homes to my game, but I'm having an issue where if I'm away from the home for more than 3 days in game all the item containers, including what is supposed to be player owned containers, and the mannequins all reset. sometimes the items are just gone, and sometimes they are there but can't be seen (mostly on the displays and mannequins). I have been using the some mods for almost over a year now with an exception of trying out a couple of mods here and there. but i always try for a clean un install or start a new game when i remove the items I didn't want to keep. This problem only started happening here in the last 3 months. I have tried different mods that people have said will fix this problem but they all seem to create more issues. does anyone know what the root of this problem may be so I can solve it instead of just putting a band aid on it????   13. I was having the same problem. I was going through ALL of my mods and even did a complete CLEAN re-install of the game and nothing seemed to work. then I realized there was one Mod that I thought couldn't be causing any problems and I un-installed it and then it worked fine. once I got past Helgen and on my way to Riverwood I stopped saved my game and re-installed the mod. the Mod I'm referring to is the FNIS mod. (Fores New Idles). if you have that installed try removing it and getting past Helgen and then re loading it. also I just tried de-activating it, that doesn't work. you have to do a complete removal of it to keep the carriages from bouncing and or the game from ctd. I hope this helps. I am finding if you are having problems like these with your game. try working with any animation mods you may have installed. they can cause the Havok game engine to run weird sometimes if they aren't of the original animations in the Skyrim.bsa
  14. I have been playing Skyrim since it's release date. and until now haven't really had many problems that I couldn't deal with. NOW, I do.. I have recently formatted and re-installed Windows 7 Pro, on my system (had that all before) and RE- installed Skyrim on and started to begin anew. When I brought up my NMM and began to put back all the MODS I was using before and then to start the game, of which I had NO problems out of before, now everytime the game goes into a load screen, no matter what load screen, it freezes and my recource monitor says the game is "Not Responding" BUT if i hit " alt+ctrl+del " and bring up the task manager it seems that the game all of a sudden wants to work. I don't know about you all but i'm not wanting to have to hit " alt+ctrl+del " everytime I move from one cell to another cause I happen to move quickly through the game sometimes... does anyone know what is causing this. I'm going to remove it (once again) and trying from my other hard drive.. while I'm waiting for a reply.. thank you to any of you who may know what is the culprit... Axle
  15. I am very interested in doing some voice acting work. My wife and I have done some in the past and are very excited about being a part of the gaming community. we do have recording capabilities and file conversion programs if needed. All we would really need is the script and a place to send the files. if you would like for us to send you an audition of some of the characters we would be more than happy to to do that as well. just contact me if you are interested. I have been planning an add-on myself and working to get it started but it's starting to get a bit tedious doing it all by myself. LOL.. (actually in the process of working on an alternate ending/continuation add-on for Fallout 3)
